Stopped in to grab a quick bite, checked the sign on the door before entering. We walked in at 7:54pm. The door sign said dine in was open until 9. We placed our order, cashier asked if it was dine in, we said yes and she rang it up accordingly. We are getting our drinks while waiting on our food and the cashier comes to the counter and says our lobby closed at 8. I said excuse me? She said the manager said the lobby is closed. I said the sign says nine? And you asked if we were dining in. She said I don't know, that's what my manager said and pointed to her headset. I said well then I guess put our food in a bag. We waited a few minutes and she came out with our bag. I again asked why the lobby closed at 8 and that the sign said 9 and she said thats what my manager said - again pointing to the headset. We would have gone elsewhere had we known. We were in the middle of moving and just wanted to be able to sit down and eat somewhere besides in the car.

I continue to be disappointed in this place. It's the closest one to me and I don't go often. Every now and then they get it right and I don't mean my order. The food is just lacking a lot sometimes. I just went tonight and I wouldn't recommend at this moment.

I ate here at least twice a week I put three stars for your atmosphere because no one ever eats inside I never I always get mine to go but you have a little lady there young lady with dark hair she works all the time says she's a training to be assistant manager but should I have driver's license so you guys won't let her be but she is so helpful because that old lady that takes your order at the drive-thru she don't do nothing but lean on the ice machine and they they do the they make your food put it in the bag take the money and she just lays there and she's your manager you should fix that

Arby's choice to not honor a digital coupon when their app is down is poor customer service. Their drink sizes are a joke--just call it small and medium, or at least your site should say the ounces. Apart from those corporate issues, the staff were not friendly and things like getting sauce took multiple requests. Will not return for myself, especially when the staff at nearby Vandalia are friendly.

Gone there several times and there's a very mean old lady at the window, didn't greet with a hi or anything when asking for our order and was extremely rude the whole time, she needs to be fired

Sat there 20 minutes waiting on my food. Asked cashier what the problem was. Said two people doing nothing. Manager being one of them. If manager doesn't want to do her job she needs to be replaced.

TL;DR Version: How do you ruin crinkle cut fries?The Longer Version: We went through the drive-through but the speaker didn't work so we had to go to the window. Ordered our food and waited. When we received it, my husband noticed his Reuben sandwich had most of the meat on one side. My French Dip sub was fine. I was glad they didn't give me a full cup of the au jus but the crinkle cut fries were warm turning cold. As long as it took to get the food, the fries should have been hot. Other than that, it wasn't a bad experience.

I rarely give such a low rating, but i couldn't even finish my meal. The curly fries were overcooked but edible, but the sandwich was not good. I ordered inside and got my food to go. Floors were sticky. Smelled stale inside. The two workers did a good job and the food came out super quick. Coke was flat though. Ugh. Hard to ruin a Coke.

Walked in to place my order and all you hear is this old lady in drive thru yelling at customers like nobody's business there was a couple in front of us who had placed their order but the person who took the order just walked off and never came back we stood there 10 minutes just listening to the manager yell at the customers in the drive thru she stands there and smokes cigarettes out the window the cooks have to be told idk how many times that people are waiting on food cause they are just standing there doing nothing the couple in front of us canceled their order and just walked out my husband said for us to go cause he was tired of listening to the manager just keep yelling food wasn't being cooked it was the worst I have ever seen for a manager and arbys I feel bad for that place I mean come on I know you need help but do it yourself before something bad happens at that store
