Should have read the reviews before coming. This place is horrible and the customer service is a joke! All teenagers with no one over 21 in the store to teach them how to properly do their jobs. No enthusiasm about being at work. Ordered fresh pretzel bites and was told 8 mins. Came back to the counter and no one asked are you waiting on anything or do you need help. Workers sitting around with idle hands. Will not be back. Leadership flows top down, so I can tell the tree by its fruit!!

Today I came in to pick up someones order. Line was long so I waited, told them who i was there to pick up for, They said they were working in it. Well, nope they weren't, they were pulling the third party delivery tickets, setting them aside, then going back to gabbing and talking on their cell phone. They were to busy on there phones and chit chatting, that even customers were lined up, and the cashier was taking orders but none were being filled. I ended up leaving with no order nor consequences to me. I did contact the third party I work for and filed a complaint. This is extremely poor customer service.

This specific location is so bad when it comes to customer service. They rather have one register open and have a line through the whole mall before they use their other register. You order something you have to wait because is never ready. Not just that but when you wait for your order nobody reaches you to give you your order. You can stand there and wait for over 20 mins. When your order has already been done. Just terrible.

They are always running out of stuff, they are usually out of the pretzel dogs so I'll go shop for an hour and come back only to see that they didn't even bother to make anymore. It's like they try and sell all the old stuff before they'll make anything new.. Pitiful place !!

I have waited to place a DoorDash order with them for over a month as there is no cheese listed to buy in app or on DoorDash WITH a cup of pretzels, I talked with the manager on the phone (man, deep voice) who just didn’t care. At all.

I told them I didn’t mind paying for the cheese, but it’s been over a month now so if they could throw the cheese that I’m pretty sure that’s already included with the pretzel in store but the manager was downright rude and didn’t care.

We came for a few pretzels and a couple drinks. It became obvious from the beginning that these workers were socializing, even with a “customer” at the other register. We ordered 2 mango frosts, just for the cashier to tell us that the mango was out and asked if we wanted a different flavor. We chose watermelon. Then they didn’t have watermelon. So we took them off completely and just went with the pretzels. When we went to pay, she became distracted by the other workers and forgot to give us our change.
Then to top it off, they ended up having mango. One of the other workers made it. Our cashier told her that we changed our minds. Instead of offering us the drink, she offered it to the other customer or “friend” that was at the other register.
This whole interaction was probably about 10 minutes. The workers are super unfocused and clearly don’t have any interest in guest satisfaction.

The workers were busy socializing instead of making our order, so we waited for over 25 minutes for a few pretzels. The food tastes great, but they forgot one of the three pretzels in our order as we only received two. My sister let one of the workers know, and with a blank expression she asked my sister for the receipt. The worker looked at it, and put her hand back out to give it back, but she gripped it very tight as my sister took it back. The employee berated my sister, "You didn't have to snatch it!" She continued to be rude as my mom and I tried to remedy the situation and talk to the manager up front. Instead of being respectful, she only laughed at all of it. If you can't handle costumer service, don't work in retail or food. Great food, bad service.

The lady working the register yesterday was just downright unprofessional. I waited 10+ mins in line, finally get to the register. She was more concerned about music not playing, than acknowledging or greeting us as guest. Once she did finally acknowledge me, she was not friendly in the slightest. Told us that they don’t sell pepperoni pretzels- but it is literally on the menu. I’ve waited in the past for these, and that is not a problem at all. But she didn’t even give us the option to wait, and it was 2-3 hours before close. So we left very unpleased with the lack of services we received today. This was not a causal stop for food while we were at the mall… we specifically came to the mall JUST for Anne’s Pretzels for my 6 year old child, just to walk away empty handed and completely dissatisfied.

Young black female working at the register was talking to her friend on her earbuds while serving myself and other customers. It was odd and at first. I thought she was talking to me. But no. Just talking to her pal while working the register. Just thought the owner should know.The tall young man working the register was professional and nice. He recommended the candied almond pretzel which I didn't know was available. I will try it next time!

Poor customer service, they always don't have no salt pretzel nuggets when I ask for it. Sometimes if you get here early enough they may make you one. But why do they need to put salt on every pretzel they make. Not everyone likes or can have salt on.
