Damon and his crew did an absolute awesome job at our wedding! if you want really, really good smoked food, you want this guy. I will stand behing his food, it was the best smoked food I'd ever had, even my own. you cant beat this food he makes. He did burnt ends and jalapeno poppers. The people couldn't get enough. I cannot say enough about how much he did for me at my wedding and how delicious the food was. Thank you Damon and your crew!

Legit southern BBQ done right. I had the brisket and was finally impressed with a Dayton Barbecue Restaurant making it.Met the owner, Damon, and was one of the nicest people and he's from Texas; this probably explains why his BBQ stood out.I had brisket, greens w/ ham, and baked beans and today, they were giving out free jello cake (yes, that sounds weird but it was delicious).I'll be back 100%, but they also gave me a stamp card for repeat visits, so that makes it better.Best BBQ I have had in a very long time, and definitely the best I've had in the Miami Valley.
