Went here on free cone day. They were doing great business with a line out the door. Everyone working was super friendly. So many great flavors that it is hard to choose. You can't go wrong with anything you get here. Had the Tonight Dough flavor in a cone and it was excellent.

In the past, I've had excellent experiences with this shop ordering ice cream cakes. This particular experience was not as smooth. I ordered a small ice cream cake online a week and a half prior to needing it, I did not get an email or confirmation or get charged so the next day I called and was told it was not in the system and it needed to be approved by the owner, to call back 24 hours. I did so, and it still was not in the system, that person said that they would take down my phone number and give it to the owner who would personally call me as soon as he got in and either confirm my order, or place a new one. I waited three days and heard nothing, so I went down to the shop and asked if he got the message. No one knew, and since it had been that long, I just went ahead and placed the cake order in the shop and paid for it. I wasn't offered a receipt, thankfully though I had purchased from them before and got one in my email that I used before from square.
I went in on the date I was supposed to pick it up, the cake was ready but the clerk asked for me to pay for it, saying that it wasn't marked as paid. Thankfully, as I mentioned, I had an email that showed I paid otherwise I wouldn't have walked out with that cake and I would have been disputing that charge.
The cake was not nearly as cute as the one made the previous year, I suppose that's my fault, it was the small version and there was less room to write. The cake itself was delicious though, so thank you, for that. And my kid was happy for that. I'm being incredibly generous on my scoring with this experience, because the clerk who took my order in store was not at fault, she was lovely. But I'm frustrated that the owner decided I was not worth calling back to retain my business.

Vegan Ice cream and shakes! Yum!! I got the non-dairy strawberry cheesecake shake. It was good, but I think it would’ve been better just the ice cream itself. Next time I get a shake I am gonna go for an ice cream with a stronger flavor. Cause mine was a bit overpowered by the milk. But still pretty good! Definitely has some great options and will be going again!
