Wow I have never visited a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream shop before, but I really enjoyed my ice cream. Much better than getting them from the frozen section at Kroger.

I got a half baked milk shake and it was absolutely delicious. Had a great experience and definitely was worth a trip. Would love to go back and experience it again sometime!

I had submitted a catering request for an event 2 months ahead and had not heard anything back from May—July regarding my interest / request for catering, even though I attempted to contact the location multiple times. Every time I contacted the business they mentioned the owner handles catering requests, took my information down and said he would call back and it has not happened. I even expressed that I genuinely needed to know the quote for catering because I would like to plan accordingly for my event and yet no one responded or contacted me. It’s very disappointing and frustrating to try to give my money to a business I am fond of, for them to fall short on communication and lack of response to a customer. I will not be recommending this location for catering, as they cannot communicate at all about their catering quotes or follow up.

As per our tradition, when I go out with my mom each week, we like to find a new restaurant and a new place to get dessert. For dessert this week, we stopped in to Ben and Jerry's (I'd never known that they had an actual storefront in Ohio before today!), and I'm glad we did.
My mom got a two scoop ice cream cone, one of Chocolate Brownie (Chocolate Ice Cream with Fudge Brownies), and the other of the new flavor Ultraviolet (Vanilla Ice Cream with Marshmallow Swirls, Gluten-Free Chocolate Cookies & Fudge Flakes). And I got a Caramel Macchiato shake (Coffee Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz and Triple Caramel Chunk).
Mom said that while the Ultraviolet was good, the Chocolate Brownie was the truly great flavor, and the Ultraviolet was a bit bland next the richness of it.
My shake was absolutely delicious, with the coffee and espresso bean brownie bits (which were a particularly unexpected treat to enjoy) giving a kick that I loved, and loved even more because the most bitter edges of it were smoothed out (so to speak) by the chunks and swirls of caramel.
Very tasty, and we'll definitely visit again when we're in the area.

Went here on free cone day. They were doing great business with a line out the door. Everyone working was super friendly. So many great flavors that it is hard to choose. You can't go wrong with anything you get here. Had the Tonight Dough flavor in a cone and it was excellent.
