Food is incredible, service is better. Their time management is great, decent amount of people ordering yet they got through all of the orders in a very timely manner, plus with a smile on their face! Food is great & very affordable, always noticing new additions to their menu to best suit customers. Dani took my order and was super friendly, looks very happy as she works! Jake, the GM, checked out my order and even went out of his way to ask about my experience while I was eating. Definitely recommend to anyone, incredible service & great experience!

I used to love coming here. I hadn’t been in about a year and decided to come back since I was in town. The portion size for my usual order was literally half of what I used to receive. I am very disappointed and will never come back to this restaurant because it is a waist of money. I was still hungry after my meal.

I absolutely LOVE this Bibibop. It’s honestly the best one I’ve been to. The staff is very nice and the food is always good. My major complaint is that they are consistently understaffed, which isn’t even the staffs fault at all. It’s obviously a higher up’s issue. The store and the company need to prioritize their employees period. The staff here works too hard to be consistently understaffed.

I had never eaten at this restaurant until recently but now every time I go in I'm extremely pleased. I look forward to getting a healthier meal that is quick and tailored to my liking. And the staff have always been helpful when I'm indecisive.

Four dry, cold, and tough pieces of chicken, instant eggs, and overall small portion for what I paid for. Most places are cutting corners and portion sizes, but I was hoping this place would be different… unfortunately not. Will not return.

Yesterday, we ordered from here. We often do. They have notes on here sometimes, which is so nice! It was ready quickly and warm!
