On Feb 9th I ordered $60 worth of \food through Doordash. Within 15 minutes of order, I fell. I am eldderly. I immediately called this number to ask if Big B could delay the order for 2 hours so that a friend could pick up. Your representative answered, did not speak English, and hung up on me. I called again 3 times asking to speak with anyone who spoke English. Each time she hung up the telephone. I called Doordash. Their rep called the restaurant. He could not understand the lady who answered. I asked the Doordash rep to cancel the order. He agreed. I relied upon this understanding. The store told Doordash the food was ready 10 minutes before I called Doordash and insists upon stealing my money. These are very bad people. Do not do business with them.

The experience in this place was horrible. The waitress who served us made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The food when they served it to me was very cold, I didn't like it at all.

This was a good little restaurant. First time dining here, and I think it was a good spot. From honduran dishes to Mexican food, it was tasty. Server was nice and the plates were unexpectedly proportioned. Que Rico!

All fives across the board, not because it is fancy or romantic or dressed up, but because this place is clean and a straightforward space with good food. It feels like someone's grandma is in the kitchen. And someone's grandmother IS in the kitchen. It has not been packed when I have gone, but it has been steady and busy. When you walk in, take a seat. If someone hasn't come out to help you, ring the bell on the counter. Ask questions if you don't understand what you are ordering or once you get your check, if you don't understand what you are paying. This is not Mexican food. Spicy-ness is different, as in not very hot spicy, but there is hot sauce on the tables. Cost is about $15-22 person drink and meal.Parking: There is a small lot next to the building and parking along the street.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.

The food was very delicious. The girl in front had an attitude with me. Why don't they want to talk to me? What do I know! But the lady makes me happy. I guess the girl thought I didn't speak Spanish? Well, as they say, life gives you surprises. I will return.

Just happened to pass by Big Baleada and decided to stop by. So glad we did! Cute little place that offers Honduran food for dine in or take out. We had the Papusas and two of the breakfast platters (egg, avocado, beans, plantains, and carne). All so good! Oh the horchata was great as well!
