Place is good but don’t come here if you’re on your way to work. Sat in the drive thru for 30 min for a drink and sandwich I ordered ahead online. Either hire more people or provide a reserved spot for people to sit until their stuff is ready so the rest of us aren’t stuck behind them.

I love to the coffee sometimes. But lately it's hit or miss the coffee never taste the same, different amounts on syrup everytime so I often have to get my drink remade. If the flavor was consident I'd be here every morning.

I got a black coffee. It tasted like old burnt coffee. If your a coffee chain you should at least have a good plain coffee. Had to dump it out. Will not go there again

They have horrible customer service. All the staff are rude, nasty, with a don't care attitude when taking your order. They fast talk and rush you at the drive through. They are very impatient when taking your order. My machiatto had coffee grounds in it floating around. The bagels are always burnt. I don't know if it's because the girls are young, they don't want to be there, or they are not held accountable, or no home or business training. But they need to hire ladies that care. Because although your job is serving food and coffee , you should aim to be the best at it periodt. Then they have a nerve to have a tip jar 🙄 tfoh

This is my all time favorite coffee shop it’s always fairly fast the coffee is amazing the perfect amount of sweetness and the workers have always been very friendly , and on the plus side it’s down the road from me . An iced Bear paw 🐾 is my suggestion.

Great coffee and great service!! The guy working tonight was very patient and helpful and even ducked me! I was a complete HOT MESS.. I didn't know what to order, didn't have my payment ready because my purse slid under my back seat and took me forever to get, dropped my coffee as soon as he gave it to me! He was so sweet and kept telling me it's okay and asked me multiple times if I was okay. I wish I would have gotten his name to add to review! I ordered the white lightning and it was 10/10, will def. be returning🙂.

This was my third visit at this location, and I am truly blown away by their consistency! Absolutely amazing with allergies and dairy alternatives. Always welcoming, kind, quick, and accurate. Love love LOVE IT!!

Over the span of around 4 months I’ve probably been to this location around 5 times and they’re seemingly always out of the food options I ask for. It’s usually always the same items and I go around 9 am. I get that sometimes things happen, but ain’t no way they have been out of the same item for that long. The coffee is alright though.

I've only tried Biggby a couple of times. Tried because people seem so hype about it, but idk if I'm ordering the wrong stuff or what, but I haven't been too impressed, really. The locations are generally small so not really a place you'd want to meet up with a big group to socialize for any length of time unless you're non social then hey this your place! I've only gone through the drive thru at both locations I've tried so can't say too much about Cleanliness and staff and all that. I mean staff seems friendly enough from our brief window /speaker box interaction. I might give them another try idk maybe I'll look for some suggestions on what's good beforehand. I wouldn't say don't go, because apparently they're doing something right there's enough buzz about them. Just give it a shot and see what you think. :) Not a bad experience just not impressive either.
