I placed a catering order for the wrong time accidentally and the manager was so calm and gentle and got it made for me in record time. Meant so much to me. I believe her name is Doreen, give her a hug and a raise.

Food is always great!! It was quite chilly both Sunday & on Tuesday. Waitresses were very friendly & did a good job.The women's restroom was filthy....everywhere. That is not the norm for Bob Evans Restaurants elsewhere. This is definitely a "health-related" issue!Parking: Level, clear & easy accessible to the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: Very nice, easy access for handicapped scooters, walkers & canes. Not a lot of ramps...just nice level surfaces.

The food just isn't the same as it used to be. The whole atmosphere inside of Bob Evans has completely changed. Maybe it's only other things they're selling instead of what made them famous.

Men's restrooms were subpar. It smelled & looked as if someone was in a hurry to do a job he hated. The top ledge of the urinals was dirty. This can only happen if they haven't been touched for several days. The water that came out of motion-sensor operated faucet was very cold. It should be at least warm to be effective. Our server was taking care of many customers. She was also training a young man who is a heavy smoker. Every time he passed by me, I smelled his strong offensive cigarette odor. I believe he smokes inside his car with the windows closed. My wife ordered ham with her eggs & we were served double bacon. The scrambled eggs were not scrambled. They were folded like a plain omelet. The pancakes had 3" hair in one of them. The bun on my breakfast burger was flattened & soggy. The onion rings were overcooked & almost burned. We waited a long time to get the correct order & a refill on the decaf coffee. We eat breakfast at Bob Evans about twice every week. This was our first time at this location & it will definitely be the last. I recommend that the crew of the Centerville location on Far Hill Ave just south of I-675 retrain the crew of this location or at least bring in their manager to show everyone how it is done. These two places are different, like night & day. I owned & worked in restaurants for many years & I believe this is a management issue. I don't like to complain to get free food. I like Bob Evens & want it to be a better place. This place was not worth $36 for breakfast for two.

We were seated right away. Server was nice. My husband's pancakes weren't cooked thoroughly, so they were soggy in the middle. Everything else was good, meal wise.My husband was going to use the men's room but came back saying it should be zoned a hazardous area. Said it didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Nasty!! So he didn't use it.

It took an hour to get our food. Never got refills in all that time. Salad came out at the same time as the entree. When we finally got our food my steak tips and eggs were cold, overcooked and way too much salt. My husbands soup was lukewarm and never received his salad. This was the first time and the last time we go here.

Visited Bob Evens today 2/24/24. I have always loved this place. But today was my last I will ever purchase another meal at BE's. Waited 30 minutes and was seated near the back surrounded by 5 dirty tables. Waited 20 minutes for our server to take our order. The food was served cold and on cold plates. Several people sitting near us complained and left due to cold food. My biggest complaint was being served eggs with the whites being uncooked. I was also served biscuits without butter. Never have I experienced such bad food and poor service. My wife and I had to wait 30+ minutes for our check due to other customers were complaining about their food being cold. Granted it's hard to recruit food service workers but I would highly recommend closing a potion of the area so that the staff can comfortably serve its customers. I may wait a year or so before I can come. Such a shame for BE's.
