If you're looking for a wedding caterer, don't expect a quick response. Still waiting on a quote from 6 months ago, multiple follow up emails and called in. I was told they would move me up to second on the list since they had Graduation parties and more pressing timelines to answer first, which makes sense with that time of year, but definitely doesn't make you feel like your business is wanted. Still have not seen an email response with a quote or even a 'we're working on your quote'.

I can't thank Traci, Caitlyn and staff enough for all they did to make our daughters wedding a wonderful evening. Traci arrived 6 hours before the event to get everything in order and I honestly don't know what I would've done without her. Guests loved the food; bourbon chicken over rice, beef brisket, macaroni & cheese, green beans, salad, rolls and of course their famous potato hash with Brock's dill sauce. They are truly a class act with a wonderful menu to choose from. I would highly recommend using them for your catering needs. <3

The Big Fat Reuben was the most delicious reuben I’ve ever had. My friend and I had to go back for another one. With a side of their amazing dill sauce I’d 100% recommend. Super friendly service as well!

Absolutely 10/10 recommend Brock Masterson’s! Held my son’s 3rd birthday in their party room. It was absolutely perfect. Traci and Caitlyn made my day run smoothly with zero stress. Thank you both!!

Tried the bourbon chicken at delco parks 4th of July event. Paid $27 for two. It was so disgusting. The meat wasn’t even real chicken and the rice was complete mush. Two big helpings, in the trash. You should be ashamed of whatever that was the ladies were serving as bourbon chicken. What a waste of money and joy. Lol. But seriously… bourbon chicken typically brings joy. This bourbon chicken made two people not so happy and pretty disgusted.

I recently tried their crab cake at the sugar maple festival.Now I have never been to Maine but I was born in Florida.I was really impressed, and came back the 2nd day just to get another. 5 star!Absolutely delicious!

Amazing people and great food!

I wanted to share my experience with this catering service. Grab a cup of coffee and take a seat; its going to be a minute. I had my wedding planned out with another catering company. Then with less than a week before my wedding I realized that catering company and me would not work. The bride (me) began to panic. No cater meant no food. How on earth was I about to feed all my guests with no cater?Then I found out about Brock Masterson's catering and WITH LESS THAN A week's notice they jumped on the chance to make my wedding perfect.One more time, they had less than 1 week to feed my entire party! I took longer than that to pick out the perfect dress. These guys and gals are pros.No matter my request or desire they handled it like a champ. No complaints, no attitude, and definitely no more stress for this bride.Oh, and the food! I still dream about those roasted potatoes! My guest kept coming up to me telling me the salmon was the best thing they ate! The best part was that my groom and I have an inside joke about our unconditional love for Sprite and they made sure we had plenty of it for our wedding. Very thoughtful. Definitely will use again and tell everyone (even the random stranger ) to give them a try because if you don't I am sure you wouldn't have as great as a time as I did.

I ordered the sundae bar for a surprise party. They were on time and everything was simply perfect! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Chef Rick's talent, creativity, focus on quality ingredients, and spot-on flavor profiles make every dish a delight. Their team is friendly and highly competent, and they always ensure that everything is perfectly orchestrated. They are my top choice for catering any event, be it casual or formal!

Tasted there food at the Dublin Irish festival. Oh my god so good. The corn beef hash was so delicious. I wish you were a restaurant as well haha

The friendliest staff in the entire world! They make you feel like family and treat you and your guests as if they were their own! The food is always sooo amazing! The chefs spin on your personal menu is terrific! So pleased everytime Brock's caters my events or an event I'm attending! The charcuterie is amazing!
