I’m pregnant and I have three sons. Let’s start there. Money is tight. When I am spending over $50 for food I need it to be what I asked for. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and there was no fork , no tomato , no ranch ! Like what ? How do you even serve a salad like that. I’m beyond irritated. I haven’t ate all day. Then I get a salad for myself and it’s this. Literally ready to cry and throw this salad back at them.

I ordered a delivery and the food was unacceptable I didn’t receive my drink and my wings were so dry and barely had sauce don’t order delivery because you won’t receive half your food and it will be old dried up food

This BW3 has decided(on their own) that they do not mix sauces. I have been ordering that at other BW3 for about 15 years, I think. I would avoid this place, if you don't want the server to act pissed when you ask about ordering it that way and use the excuse of having a small kitchen. The places looks very neat inside, very clean, to be fair, but we will not be back. I came for wings, and ate a damn burger. Just do better, I'm not that type who orders everything special and the sauces being mixed is a very common thing. Wrewon't be back and they dont seem to care. Just save yourself the aggravation and find a real BW3 location to spend on very expensive wings, at least there, the customer might matter.
I only get takeout here. Wings are good and the services are always expedited.

Nevaeh was our server. She was awesome. The food was the best food I ever ate. I got a cheeseburger. I cannot believe how good it was. The food was a 10 out of 10 we would definitely be back.! Even the water was good lol

Celebrated my son 13th birthday, he picked it out. Bone in wings, hot fresh and the sauces were great. Excellent service from Branden. Wife had Mushroom Swiss Burger, very tasty. Also shared an order of potato wedges. Our order was out in 10mins.
