Extremely rude service in drive thru. We left and went to Hardee's and it was a significant difference in service. Hardee's treated us like a guest. I let our travel team know and they went to Hardee's as well.

There was a man who didn't look well off sleeping in a booth, pop all over the floor leading to drain, dirty tables. Our food took a long time to come out. While waiting, a customer from the drive thru came into the restaurant and was yelling about how rude an employee was to them in the drive thru. After the customer left, the employee continued to talk badly about the customer, pretty loud. Our burgers did not taste right. There was no ice in the pop machine, and the pop was flat. We hurried up and ate and got our kids out of there. We won't be back.

Management is examly rude and disrespectful towards costumers and employees... you can change the store around with out being petty betty. Be professional not power hungry people come on. Lossing my business for sure. Wish Lewis was still there it's been a week and feel like it was worst than what it was when I first came. Half of my friendly faces are gone now.

I was very unhappy it took me 10 minutes to get three Whoppers three cheeseburgers and three small fries what's not busy at all there was only one cook for dine in and drive-thru he was acting very slow and didn't even care

This location has seriously went down hill over the past couple of months. Use to stop almost daily on my way home in the morning after work and it has gotten to the point where it is very hit or miss if it is open on time. Now most of the time I don’t even bother because will pull in when they are supposed to open at 6 and every light will be off at 7:30. Well today decided to give it another chance and it was open on time. With today being Sunday they opened at 7 and I get to the window and I’m asked to pull around to the front of the building as they just opened and needed to prepare my food, no problem. After waiting at the front for around 5 minutes my food is brought out to me and I proceed on my way home, after taking my first bite, the food is barely warm and the biscuits are doughy not even cooked all the way through. After being pulled around, I expect my food to be cooked all the way through and hot. Didn’t even bother going back, all the food went straight in the trash when I got home and will not be returning to this location any longer as it continues to get worse with each visit.
Ordered a double whopper and whopper jr along with a small onion ring. The amount of mayo was ridiculous, enough for 5 burgers minimum and not a single napkin. Thankfully I had some in my car, onion rings hard and cold.
If you want to wad your money up and throw it in the trash go ahead but I definitely won't be visiting again. No reason whatsoever!

Every time I come to the Brown Street location I'm in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes my food is cold and it's always wrong Charge me for cheese and I never get it
