The manager took the order was not easy going just said can I take the order said 2 things and a long pause. Wear a window minutes before he opened he for me to pay or updated me on the food. We sat window for almost 10 minutes and only had 2 sponge bob meals. A whooper small meal and 4 piece chicken fries. They didn't give us the right pies for that $15 dollar meal. The whooper and frie we had to park and go in it was not received the whooper was just sitting on warmer in bag I stood him he just gave me the bag I said it was a meal. He was rude, ill acting and I was very polite and kept apologizing for his mistakes. The whooper was ugly and sloppy. It was not greeting inside or in the drive thru

Ordered two DOUBLE cheeseburgers via DoorDash and they gave me two single burgers lol, it was definitely on purpose because they added the additional toppings I requested on both sandwiches. They thought they could get away with a petty scam because I ordered on Doordash. Just pathetic lmao, I can already imagine what the demographic of workers is like.

i’ve eaten here a couple of times and this time the food was worse than before the fries were hard. The chicken nuggets were overcooked, and they tasted watery. the customer service is not as good and I would not recommend eating here. i also had a bacon cheeseburger, and the pickles were hard, and i didn’t know what i was eating at first, and the bacon was also overcooked. somehow the food just gets significantly worse the more i eat here.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. If you’re not getting “is that all” after every item you order. You get mean looks and treated like crap at the window. Today the lady gave us the wrong shake we said Oreo she put chocolate idea then acts like it’s our fault says “I don’t wanna be here” loud enough for us to hear it then talking about how my husband said chocolate Oreo which he didn’t she just assumed because that’s what we got the 1st go around (she made us go through the drive thru again because I didn’t order it the first time around which I was like okay even though it takes a few seconds for them to do the order and make the shake). Then she tells my husband “here you gotta take this now” super rudely which I mean hey free shake your making my day lol but the way she went about it was so wrong. She was the lady at the drive thru @ around 11:45 to 11:50 if management cares enough to say something to her. They also have another girl that acts like it’s the end of the world anytime she has to make a shake. I mean these lady’s act like we ruined their day whenever we come. It’s so unacceptable the way they were acting. I was management before and if my people treated customers like that, well they wouldn’t be my people if they didn’t change their attitudes quickly. Needless to say we will NOT be going back and we go up there allot with me being pregnant and craving their shakes.

Terrible I ask for fresh food hot I waited for a half of hour to get cold nuggets cold meat it tasted terrible the nuggets were so hard it wasn't even where you could chew it up $20 for a Halloween meal that wasn't even hot I like my food hot and fresh and I waited he just took some old hamburger meat that been sitting for God knows how long and through it on the bread the only thing that was hot was the cheese sticks no drink comes with a meal that cost $20 that was separate I took pictures of my meal the worst I ever had the cashier had plastic tied around his feet there wasn't a lot of customers inside so I don't know what they were doing Brown St has went down.

9/25/2025. Approx 8 P.m.
came in to pick up a double order.
both orders were ready i could see them sitting there and read the names.

im holding my door dash bags sitting right there inside the lobby and get completely ignored for a good 10 minutes until i decide, customers food been sittin there forever, the other customer in the lobby was getting very upset. I knew i wasent getting those orders anytime soon. Informed both customers of the situation and that their food has just been sittin there for quite a while. Told them i would cancel on my end and to complain/cancell on their end. As im sure they would of just sent another driver to pick up cold food that been sittin there forever. You could tell the young white boy workin cashier did not want to be there, he was the one who kept ignoring me and was rolling his eyes at the other customer.
(They had a few ppl in drive thru but only me and another customer and really wasent very busy, delivered for rusty taco after i left, rusty was PACKED and made a mistake with the order i came to get, but they talked to me and fixed it very quickly. had me out the door 4 mins later and had at very least 9x more people)
Its crazy bc it would of been as simple as handing me those two orders that are just sitting there behond the counter and having me confirm. 30 seconds or so if even...
for something that has a specific pickup time and that i have to report if they dont make that pickup time.

I am always very respectfull and i never give food workers a hard time, This location is horrible and will not show you the same respect.

Its not about me, its about the customer. They clearly dont care i would avoid this location as a dasher/dashee and as a customer
