Worst BK ever. Always out of stuff. We ordered jalapeno bites and they were overcooked until they were hard shells with no insides. We have had hard burgers before, messed up orders, wrong toppings, etc. They never seem to be able to take cash. Wanted a chicken sandwich one day. Was told they have no "chicken meat." Um, do you actually mean poultry? What the heck is chicken meat? Today it was $.80 to add a slice of cheese to one Whopper. There are no coupons anymore. Stick it people. We are done with all Burger Kings everywhere but this one is THE WORST.

I don't like bad reviews but people need to know this BK location at 1401 N. Keowee St. in Dayton is the absolute worst fast food place I have ever encounter. I work nearby & have attempted to give them 3 chances. SAVE YOURSELF & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! You will wait a while even if you're the only car there to order. Then they will tell you "we don't sell that item, we are out that sandwich, we don't have chicken etc." Then when you finally order something they have, you pull to the first window & the cashier demands you to, "wait here, I will tell you when you can move to the second window" (no other cars in front of me or at the second window) again waiting another while! When the cashier "gives me permission" to go to the second window to collect my food... I'm thinking... well at least my food will be fresh & hot. NOPE, cold fries, dried burger is what I got... what are they doing in there?

Wasted my entire lunch break waiting. Kept being told to wait a minute, wait a minute. This is not the first time this has happend. This location is absolutely garbage.

Well waited at the counter for about 8 minutes and no one even attempted to take my order or acknowledge my presence so had to leave. I did notice the store was extremely dirty. Employees were too busy yelling at each other about door dash and uber eats orders to worry about customers in the store

We were there september 16th around 11.30 p.m. they were so slow for taking order. We were complaining about the service. Then store manager the lady, refuse to give the order to us. Because we told her "finally". Then the other blonde guy came outside . We were complaning to him about her. And he was telling us he will call the police on us. And when we were leaving that guy told us go to ARABIA ". And we had our kid inside. He was so scared. It was a racial discrimination. You guys have to train your employees about" discrimination ".I will take further action for this racial discrimination.It was a really dissapointment. I WILL never go any location of Burger King. You guys need a real policy about your employees.

I'm not sure how they're still in business. You can expect them to not have what you came for, a long wait for what you do order because of a small untrained staff, and then to have to remind them several times to bring everything you ordered.

First, I was informed that they were basically out of most things to make a breakfast. I get it, ordering can get tricky… Or supply chain issues etc. however, when I asked a follow-up question to see if they had bacon they went all rude, snarky and belligerent on me.I just replied same to you and left. There might be a reason I was the only car in the drive-through line.Can I give less than one star?

Waited for 15 minutes to place my order and still didn't get the place it with one car in front of me that said they'd been there 5 minutes before I got there. I left with 45 minutes before they close

Fast food is something we all are guilty of grabbing after a long day, and sometimes when we just want comfort. Burger King on Keowee Street is where we landed. There was one person visible, she took the order, she cooked the order, she took the money for the order and she gave us the order. We waited until it was way past "fast food" time. But after a longer wait that we anticipated, she handed us the order. I could see she was so stressed she was about to explode into tears. Then she realized that the car behind me wasn't patient and had left the line. Her voice broke when she asked me, "did they leave?". Shame on you Burger King. That young woman is worth so much more than that, she doesn't stop trying, she is gracious, she is determined to do her job. I sure hope she gets one. (a job). By the way, she made the best onion rings I have ever had at Burger King. Oh, and your store was out of multiple food items as well as carriers for drinks.

Unfortunately this location was out of just about 1/2 the ingredients to about every sandwich on the menu. The only good thing was the cashier at the drive thru. Even though he was having one of the worst days at work ever, he maintained a smile and a friendly attitude.

I have no idea how this Burger King is still in business! On the plus side I love the food at Burger King, sadly this is the location closest to me so I have tried now 4 times to order food hoping the previous visits were just a "bad day". Every time I've gone I get a please hold greeting at the drive-thru with an average wait of 3-4 minutes before they come back to respond we are out of this and this and this. The one time I did place an order they gave me the wrong order all together which was confusing as I was the only customer. When I went in I got nothing but attitude, no apologies and just demanded my money back which took the better part of 10 minutes. This location is now a running joke with me and my friends as I mentioned it once and everyone in the group immediately asked if it was the Keowee Street location. This location needs to be closed and would be with a quickness if management paid attention to these comments or the franchise owner bothered to do a secret shopper visit. 100% fail.

We were there before people they took their order first and didn't even get us so we just left we sat there for 20 minutes if you don't want to work in fast food get a different job...
