We got food twice and the food was very cold we got sick from it then I called to replace the order for hot food and the worker their name Ruth told my husband that Donna said that we're not allowed there anymore which is a lie and that she can't give replace or order anymore I have not been there I've been in my tent cuz I'm sick because of the food and we didn't do anything to deserve this kind of treatment we go there to charge up our ecoflow our phones and then we leave and we do not give them any hassle or anything they are saying that they have a 45-minute time in there but really it's a lie have been rude to us add to me and I don't like it I think that they need to have better people in it working that treats the people right and serve hot fresh food

This location should be closed down. They have no urgency whatsoever. Despite being the only car in line, I waited 7+ minutes before even being addressed at the speaker and another 10+ minutes at the window. They never even came to take my payment, so I just left and went somewhere else. If I'm ever craving BK, I'll drive out of my way to another location before coming to this one.

They are horrible. They have horrible service. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes that have five people walk out the inside just because they were so slow in avoiding the customers in dining. The food that I got wasn't good and I'll leave people good reviews but this service there was so horrible. I recommend no one to really go there

The morning manager Karen was very unprofessional I have been going to this location for a long time and never had an issue with my coupon until I had to deal with Karen this morning I'm a manager myself and the way she handles herself was very unprofessional.. I will not go back to this location
