Sat in line for a little over a half hour. When I ordered I asked if mayo was on a new sandwich..was told no there is not. There was a mayo based product on the sandwich. On top of that. They forgot my nuggets and gave my wife the wrong sandwich all together.

We were craving an original chicken sandwich so we went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the meals. Got home, started to eat and on my second bite, there was a long hair in it. I just about vomited. Very disappointedly just ate my onion rings. Hair nets and hats are a thing for a reason people

I recently went to this location in the early afternoon. I went to the drive thru and tried to order a whopper..I heard someone in the background saying nope. The the guy taking my order said the couldn't make whoppers because their grill was down but could still make jr whoppers. How can you make jr whoppers and not regular Whoppers?? The service here is so poor . No one acts like they give a shit about service. Worse location in Dayton I've been to.

Yesterday I went through and they had given my order to the car in front of me. They made it right so it wasn't a big deal. Went through today and out of coke and only thing serving was chicken products. Okay, that's crap but whatever. Ordered my son a chicken sandwich and a small nugget for myself. Nuggets that were the hardest, thinnest, most shriveled up little things they hurt my teeth. Overcooked, old, something. Absolutely unacceptable and purely disgusting. I will not be back to that location. Sitting in the parking lot at the linden location, trying a pickle whopper. Not a fan but that's what I get for trying something new lol, nothing against the burger...just don't clash well with my tastebuds but it may yours!Linden location is slow due to being understaffed but I'd rather the extra wait to get what i wanted and for it to be edible.

used to be a great location and then they made changes in management it all went to hell now they are always out of stuff and should you be able to get something they're always rude and annoyed that you're even there anyways speaking of unreasonably out of items you can't even get a drink now until Friday and it's Tuesday now

I asked if they had breakfast platters they said they don't carry those I told her I wish I would have called her name but it was about 7:45 in the morning , the staff were very sweet and accommodated me and only charged me for the meal I appreciate that and I will keep coming back thank you

They completely screwed up in order when I came A couple of weeks ago I came today to get my Food fixed and I asked for a vanilla coke And they said.
Vanilla coke okay we got that They came back to me with a vanilla cream soda And that's not even what I wanted.He acted like it was a big deal when I told him it was the wrong Drink and that is not what I wanted , but I went ahead and took the drink because he acted like it was a problem to change it again because they gave me a regular Coke to begin with, when I ask for vanilla Coke and then they gave me vanilla cream soda. Apparently these people don't know their sodas and things need to be retrained in this store. I went ahead and took the drink that I didn't even want. I came through for food and caffeine. Cream soda's caffeine, free.
I get so irrit getting my order messed app every single time. I come to this burger. King, I don't spend money to keep getting the wrong food. This is completely ridiculous. And everybody acts like they just don't care.So sad people really need to go back and learn customer service skills all over again

Seeing as breakfast ends at 10:30, I was very confused and a bit irritated when I arrived at 10:20 after placing an online order at 10am on the dot to find that I would not be given my breakfast order that I had already paid for and I would have to REQUEST a refund through the app, which is typically very iffy. This was a very disheartening and aggravating experience with burger king, not to mention this isn’t the first time to happen and last time I did Not get a refund.
