Went thru the drive thru and ordered got to the drive thru window and pulled my money from my pocket and the bill ripped in half and I was refused my food because she couldn’t take the money it ripped right in front of her and the bill was all there as a cashier I’ve never refused anything like that people are lazy her dumb excuse was she can’t drop it in the safe her drawer would be short but if she taped it back together it would in fact drop in a safe and then you know she would have given it out as change it was a measly 10$ bill. Even after receiving a ripped 20 from them as change a few days ago that’s was taped back together

The manager Lavaun has truly turned the store around. I had an issue with my meal and he definitely fixed the problem. I was so stressed walking into the store with sick kids on my hip and he sure made my day better! The environment was SO SO SO peaceful. I felt extremely welcomed! I know the food is going to be great when he is there managing the store. Not only that he was walking to different tables making sure they were okay. I’ve never seen anything like it at a fast food restaurant. Thank you so much lavaun for an amazing experience!

Love their burgers! Better than McDonald's. The young man that waited on us very professional and very polite. He put the fries in one bag and hamburgers in another bag. I have never met anyone professional add a fast food place.
