I ordered from Uber eats went to pick it up can't pick up Uber eats through the drive-thru you have to go inside I was there in less than 10 minutes after I ordered and the burgers were ice cold My son said his was burnt

I’ll never go back to Burger King because of the service and quality of food at this location.
First off, we went through the drive through and the girl taking the order couldn’t get it right, we had to give our order to her THREE times before she finally understood. Not sure if she was new or they were having speaker issues but it was very frustrating. After we paid we never got a receipt from the cashier, they didn’t ask if we wanted one or not, they just never gave it to us!
We ordered a whopper with cheese with onion rings and a whopper jr with French fries. They gave us two French fries and a plain whopper that we had to put our own ketchup and mayonnaise on. When we took a bite everything was cold, it was 11:15 in the morning and we live less than five minutes away, how is everything cold?
When we went back to see if they could make it right and the manager refused to do anything and was extremely rude and refused to make this situation right because we didn’t have the receipt that WE NEVER RECEIVED. We weren’t asking for a refund, we just wanted hot, fresh food. Because of her and this situation we’ll never go back to this location. I hope that the employees there go off to find better jobs and that the manager finds something that’s not customer facing.

This addresses the night crew. Ice cold food and rude service including the manager. Don't go here at night .
I thought it’s “have it your way”??? But every time I try to have anything my way they are too lazy to do it or make the excuse “it doesn’t come that way” then Why is your slogan “have it your way”?! All I was asking was for a larger drink with my kids meal. I even offered to pay the difference… there’s always something with this location, usually it’s the employees acting as if they are being forced to be there and hate it and the customers. I’ll find a new location. This is ridiculous. I just want food not drama.

the “general manger” that i spoke to on the phone, was ruder than my incorrect order. just called to let her know the bun i got was stale & my sandwich order was incorrect (a condiment/topping situation) and didn't think other customers would appreciate it (no refund requested) and was hung up on…for an establishment “without stale products”, their customer service sure made up for it! haha
The man taking my order was very nice . My burger was quickly made, and was so hot I had to hold it in front of the aircon in my car!

Not a single time going has me and my family received hot food even if one thing is warm the rest will be cold, staff is always rude. For the price we spend to eat fast junk we rather go elsewhere.
I stood at the counter for ten minutes and no one even acknowledged me or took my order. I would not go to this Burger King ever again. They are very slow.

I’m writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your establishment. I visited during my break and placed an order for two double bacon croissants, totaling $6. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I received the incorrect order.
I contacted the restaurant to request a refund and offered to bring my receipt as proof of purchase. I was informed that your policy does not allow refunds, and instead, my name could be written down for a remake the following day. Unfortunately, I do not live in the area and am unable to return, which makes this solution unfeasible.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was respectful and patient throughout the interaction. However, I feel it is unfair to be left without a resolution—especially when the error was not on my part. I paid for an order I did not receive and was ultimately left with food I couldn’t eat.
I kindly urge you to reconsider your approach to customer service in situations like this. Ensuring that guests feel heard and valued even when mistakes occur goes a long way in building loyalty and trust.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
I will try and leave a bad review everyday for the following week on this matter o make up for the money I worked hard for and couldn’t enjoy.

This place is never open in the morning the are supposed to open at 6am but they are never open bad management

We've used the mobile app to order from this location several times and have been very satisfied with the service, not one problem with an order. With the mobile app, we've saved a lot from Burger King, far better deals than the others.
