I’m writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your establishment. I visited during my break and placed an order for two double bacon croissants, totaling $6. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I received the incorrect order.
I contacted the restaurant to request a refund and offered to bring my receipt as proof of purchase. I was informed that your policy does not allow refunds, and instead, my name could be written down for a remake the following day. Unfortunately, I do not live in the area and am unable to return, which makes this solution unfeasible.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was respectful and patient throughout the interaction. However, I feel it is unfair to be left without a resolution—especially when the error was not on my part. I paid for an order I did not receive and was ultimately left with food I couldn’t eat.
I kindly urge you to reconsider your approach to customer service in situations like this. Ensuring that guests feel heard and valued even when mistakes occur goes a long way in building loyalty and trust.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I will try and leave a bad review everyday for the following week on this matter o make up for the money I worked hard for and couldn’t enjoy.

This particular restaurant with fast and brash with their customer service and basically smash the burgers together before dumping them in the bag. I understand that the impossibly beautiful burgers you see on the adverts are not going to be replicated exactly but it looks like somebody had stood on it before I had even began to chow down, and half of the sources were spilling out of the side of the sandwich before it had even reached my mouth. The tomato looked like it was mauled rather than cut too!

Came here today to get a quick snack to eat after grocery shopping. Just want to say this was the best Burger King I have ever tasted. Everything was so hot and fresh. Jocelyn took such good care of us. Repeated our entire order back to make sure it was correct. So polite and professional. Everything else n our order was perfect. Buns were warm and so soft and fresh. Burgers hot and juicy. Fries super hot and fresh. We were so impressed!! Thank you so much.
I just picked up my meal from here and it's really frustrating. It's too slow, too slow, and unbearable. It will delay other people's work, which is not good!

11:30am no one in line, I ordered a simple whopper jr with onion rings. I get a chicken sandwich and fries lid was not on my drink so it just spilled all over me before I go into work. How does that happen.

The manager with the long pretty braids was amazing. She was so helpful and made my day. She made sure everything was ready and hot for me before handed over my meal. The bathroom was very nice and clean and the atmosphere was clean all over. vibes were great as well!
