Stopped in yesterday since I hadn’t eaten at BK in quite a while. Now I remember why it’s been so long. Too over 5 minutes and the double cheeseburger was still pink inside, cold and absolutely tasteless. Onion rings had been sitting there since yesterday and we cold. How hard is it to get hot fresh fast food. Got my money back and went to Taco Bell. It’s always fresh and hot!!! I’ll never eat BK again absolutely terrible

The drive-thru had a fairly full line so I went inside to place my order. They were very understaffed. Michelle took my order, I used a coupon for two whoppers, plus ordered a few other things...got home and only had one whopper. How disappointing. Obviously no QC of the order by Michelle.

First time stopping in and getting food February 2025. The tortilla was dried/ stale. Was missing my straw and felt very rushed. So never had the opportunity to verify I received sauce (I didn't). Definitely not the best Burger King that I've been to, but not the worst. Double check your stuff!

I came in there and the dining room was a complete mess! It was at 1pm this afternoon! I know it was lunch time, but there was mud all over the floor, dried up soda over by the soda machine! Dirty tables! And sadly they weren’t even busy! Damn shame!

Their customer service is always great , they are very patient and i never had any complaints with their food! Hard to find around here now and days so very appreciative!
