Went to bk on Indian ripple since reopened, I go through drive thru the lady at the 1st no pleasant at all! Get to the 2nd window it was worse he ha ds me my food and a drink I told him I had another drink he rolled his eyes and slammed the window and when giving me the drink pushed it in my hands. Very bad customer service none of the employees are blessed to have a job.

Went to this particular bk since it reopened. While waiting in the lobby to place my order, two customers were patiently waiting for there food. Turns out, one customer was from Wright state alumni who never received his food, the second customer never received his food as well. The cashier told him they lost his order. So the 3 employees were looking for the order, ignoring everybody else. I will never go back to this mis managed facility. Do society a favor and close up shop.

On your app, you allow people to select burgers for breakfast, which is wonderful because some people don’t like breakfast food. I order and went 10 minutes out of my way only to go to the drive-through to get my order to be told the beoiler wasn’t even started and then it would be a while do I just wanna refund You got my order 10 minutes earlier at least the boilerShould have been going and if you can’t offer that item at 6:30 in the morning to take that option off

Went through the Drive through this morning and got a warm soda with no ice alsoMissing hash browns and the other burrito. It’s no wonder there is t any traffic here. lol. People at window kept slamming it as I responding to them. lol. Might as will just close back down. The employees will ruin it.

Waited 10 min at drive thru, nobody picked up, went to drive thru window. Manager refused to take my order and had the audacity to tell me to go back to drive thru to order!

It's freezing in here. No heat? I only gave 2 stars because the cashier was nice. They still have the melts on the menu board, but we were told melts ended yesterday. So we ordered Big Fish sandwiches, which are not big at all, doesn't look anything like what's on the menu board. It didn't taste very good either. The onion rings were ok, but they used to be much better. We went to the BK on Linden last week, it was worse than this restaurant. Burger King has gone to hell in a handbasket.

OH MY GOD Today I went to the drive through and I was able to order a meal ! The fries are now up and running! Definitely worth the visit the staff is amazing and food is great !!
Place was supposed to be open again. Son wanted some BK. Went there on 1/16/24, and it was locked and closed again. Some crazy sign said only whopper juniors and they couldn’t do breakfast because of broken equipment. Just close permanently, a lot of people are tired of this store’s baloney.

Have been there twice in the last 2 weeks. Went through the drive thru, no one ever acknowledged that I was there. There were no cars in the parking lot during lunch time. I think this location is closed and they didn’t tell the public. The lights and menu board are lit up. I would pass if you don’t want to waste your drive time and waiting.
