I loved my vegan chicken sandwich. I can't recall the name of it, but I think it was a seasonal item. Either way, fantastic! Vegan chicken is so hit-or-miss, so I was pleasantly surprised.

I will be back and bring new guests! We arrived in the 9am hour so it was slow. The front staff/server Amber was great and the chef was great too, because the food was GREAT. The menu is diverse with a lot of tempting options. I ordered the Spicy Breakfast Scramble, one pancake, and my partner ordered the Southwest Omelet. Both entrées were generous with the jalepeños, which I don't mind. The Breakfast scramble is really cheesy and awesome. There was a bit of extra crisp...

Amy is an absolute gem who has such a great place in Butter Cafe. I'm from out of town and needed a big to-go order for a meeting I was holding. She was so attentive and responsive and the food was phenomenal. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be back.
