Order delivered was incorrect. Told would be 2 hours to correct and replace it. Customer service rep hung up on me, next call was sent to a random voicemail when asking for a supervisor. Third rep tried to help but still took 15 minutes to try and reorder the original order. Very disappointed and frustrated with the phone center and not being able to speak to the local store.

This store is usually a roll of the dice on whether you'll get a good pie or not, but this time it was outstanding! I ordered two pies, and I wanted delivery, but the store had no driver today. That ended up being a blessing in disguise. I'm glad I had to pick up my order. The store was very clean, and it looked like Rex, the store manager, was the only one there. But he was prompt, courteous, and very personable. I enjoyed talking to him, and he even helped me out to the car with my order. Excellent customer service! The pizzas were done perfectly to my specifications, and they were so delicious! I usually only get quality and service like this at the Stroop Rd store. Dont bother tipping when you go in for carryout/pick up, the manager keeps all the money and doesn't share with the employees who make less then they do. They also short customers on toppings so there numbers look better with corporate.

I have been a long time customer, typically delivery. When I tell you Erica goes out of her way there is no comparison. Every year she battles the snow and brings me my pizza, with a smile on her face. Angie is awesome too! I know winter is coming and I know I’ll be ordering, and they will always deliver!!!!!
Pizza met my husband's expectations. Bread sticks were excellent. This salad was the kicker. Wilted brown lettuce (some of it was slimy), 5 pieces of diced chicken, an insane amount of cheese... It just wasn't good. Sad to have to trash it for the cost. Stick with the pizzas and subs and you'll be fine...

Ordered food 10 minutes before they closed when I got the pizza they poured salt on the top and bottom of the crust and I believe on purpose because I ordered so late it was so nasty so I'll never order from them

We ordered carry out this evening and it was horrible! We got the big cheese and it was terrible. The pizza was soggy and greasy. Also it was so salty it burnt my tongue. Both my husband and I got upset stomachs due to the grease. We should've made frozen pizza like we planned. I can honestly say it was the worst pizza we've ever had. Normally Cassanos is my favorite but not now. I don't think we're be ordering again. Most of the pizza ended up in the trash. What a waste of money!!
