On top of not being greeted when I arrived to this location, I ordered two large pizza that were both made wrong. One was missing jalapeños and instead of a remake the lady decided put a few in a cup and give it to me. The 3 staff members were back and forth between the kitchen and outside in a car I assumed they were doing drugs. They even had a lookout keeping watch. No accommodations were made. Waste of $57!

Ordered from north main store for delivery to Kettering health Dayton and the driver called to see where to deliver it when I put those directions online when I order and they always take it to the wrong entrance so I said it 3 times he got very rude and hung up on me. I love the pizza very good but don’t do delivery from that location they are rude to their customers will never order from there again due to the employees not the food.

I only left a 5 star for atmosphere because the cashier was cool. They didn't put salt on my crust like I made to ask, and when I called, they only gave me a $6 credit for a $25 pizza

We ordered 2 subs for delivery, delivery time was estimated at 34-45 minutes nearly an hour and a half later we received COLD subs.was offered a token credit towards next order, with the attitude of both store employee and driver there won't be another order, we can order pizza and subs anywhere

Had friends in from out of town and the Cassanoes on Warren Street were fantastic!! Great service and kindness helped to make our experience amazing!

Can't even use call center. So walk in to make order asked if I had order in. No so told to wait. 10 min then they say be with you in few minutes. Stood there then finally just gave up walked out. This was doing weekday not busy at all.
