Can't even use call center. So walk in to make order asked if I had order in. No so told to wait. 10 min then they say be with you in few minutes. Stood there then finally just gave up walked out. This was doing weekday not busy at all.

Parking: Mid size parking lot just behind the building. There is a rear entrance to enter from this lot.

I have never had a pizza that was this bad. Money down the drain. It was overcooked so bad the cheese fell off the burnt crust. What happened to Cassano's? This was my favorite pizza place, but I won't go back.
Update: The shift manager took care of my concerns today.

I have been eating Cassanos for years. I always ask for extra sauce and 1 out of 4 times it barely comes with sauce. This last time not only no extra sauce, it was burnt. I called and left a message for the district manager explaining how this has happened on several occasions and wanting a refund and she has never called back. I will NOT be eating this store again. Awful customer service!!!

Absolutely delicious! Every single time I am in town I order a pizza to take home and it’s always fresh, hot and the staff is friendly. When you call you are routed through the call center which is different but I’m sure it helps them focus on cooking. I’ll definitely be back.
We had a craving for pizza, looked up a place near by and this popped up. The pizza was delicous. Something unique about the crust very tasty.

Upon picking up my order the pizza was kept in a heated case to keep the food warm. The pizza was good. The staff was nice and friendly. When I arrived the staff was in the kitchen working. This was my first time going into this Cassano’s location. I was downtown in a training and it was the closest to my training location. Inside of the location was clean. The restroom was clean and well kept with a code on the door. You must get the code from an employee to go into the restroom, which is nice.
