I ordered cheese pizza, and it came with small slices of something like a super thin cracker with lots of salt.

Great food but the atmosphere and shop feels run down and dirty. Plus every time we come we feel it’s pulling tooth and nails to get them to acknowledge us and serve us with respect

I haven’t had Cassanos in ages and remember the nostalgia of having it when I was younger. What happened to Cassanos? The service and atmosphere ratings are neutral three’s since I was there for pickup, but the pizza itself was so bad I ended up driving through McDonald’s and getting dinner. The pizza looked and tasted like a desert- dry and boring. There were hardly any toppings on it and the crust was charred on the bottom. I feel duped. Now every time I drive by Cassanos I think to myself what a joke it is. I will not be returning and yes I am sad that it’s not what it used to be.

Ordered from north main store for delivery to Kettering health Dayton and the driver called to see where to deliver it when I put those directions online when I order and they always take it to the wrong entrance so I said it 3 times he got very rude and hung up on me. I love the pizza very good but don’t do delivery from that location they are rude to their customers will never order from there again due to the employees not the food.

Skip this place fr. Find literally any other pizza place.

It doesn't matter how you order your pizza it always seems to come out the way they want to prepare it. Usually dry without any sauce, almost like eating cardboard with cheese. I always order extra pizza sauce and it is always completely dry without any pizza sauce. Last time ordering from this location.

Got my order wrong

Cassanos is a personal favorite when ordering pizza for the family.

Waited for an hour and a half, got wrong pizza’s delivered. Spent $110.00 on our meal. We were told 4 times by the call center (which is a joke) that they were remaking the order correctly and it would be sent. Were told the last time we called that the pizza was coming out of the oven and that they a driver was there. 4 hours later, no pizza still. Went to restaurant and took pizza back, pizza hadn’t even been started. Were told they were gonna credit our account, we will see. Will not return. Vic Cassano would be ashamed, his kids that run the place need to step into reality. We know and we’re friends of Vic and Skip. Shameful.

I hadn’t been to Cassanos for awhile because they put too much salt on their pizzas. So I tried them again for the last time. I called the call center and ordered 1 large super deluxe with no salt at all, 1 large 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese with no salt at all and cheesy garlic bread for $50. Too expensive for the very poor quality of food. The pizzas were horrible, the deluxe was still salty and the 1/2 and 1/2 was overcooked, dry and hard to chew. I called the call center to make my complaint and the operator got mad at me and hung up on me. I called back again and a different operator was rude, nasty, loud and disrespectful because I told her that I didn’t want a replacement because all of my food was horrible, not just one thing but everything. She told me that she was going to transfer me to the general manager. When she got back to the phone she said I had to leave a message. I left him a message and I’m waiting for him to call me back. I grew up in Dayton and Cassanos was one of the best pizza places around but not anymore. I’ll just go back to the pizza places that have good quality food and service. And I have paid more than 42 dollars for the same order at the other pizza places. So sad and disappointed at Cassanos.

I have purchased pizza from the Alex Bell/ West Carrollton Cassanos for the past 4 years. I have been please until this year (2024). Seems no matter what requests are given to the representatives who cooking the food, they cook it the way they want to. I simply ask for "No Salt". Yet, time after time, the pizza is prepared with salt. Unfortunately, I will cease patronizing this location. Unfortunate indeed because in my opinion this location use to.be the best in getting the orders correct.
