We bought a large pepperoni and extra cheese pizza, and it was the thinnest pizza I have ever seen. I can't believe how cheap they are with their ingredients. Don't understand what happened to Cassano's Pizzas. A little thicker crust like they used year's ago. It was my favorite pizza all my life now it's just not worth it anymore.

1-Star Review Very disappointed. I ordered a veggie pizza with premium chicken and no onions—instead, I got onions and pepperoni.
I called to fix it and was met with condescending customer service more focused on blaming how I ordered than fixing the issue. My second pizza was still wrong—missing banana peppers and had no salt, so it lacked flavor. For almost $30, this is unacceptable. Quality really depends on who’s working—Samsun is great with customers and offers great service and you can tell he cares, but sadly he was not the one who handled the call or order. This experience was frustrating, especially when recovering from a procedure. Cassano’s needs to do better consistently.. Very disappointed! Looks can be deceiving- oh and by the way that I mention, I’m allergic to onions.

Ordered from north main store for delivery to Kettering health Dayton and the driver called to see where to deliver it when I put those directions online when I order and they always take it to the wrong entrance so I said it 3 times he got very rude and hung up on me. I love the pizza very good but don’t do delivery from that location they are rude to their customers will never order from there again due to the employees not the food.

Delivery has been an issue. Gives estimated times of 40 mins and driver shows up 80 to 90 mins later with cold food pulled straight from their back seats (no pizza bag). anytime I call I'm always told ' it's on the way' and that's literally it. I guess it just needs to be expected to atleast take twice as long as estimated time given. Plus side. Those deluxe pizzas are still good cold!

Took my clients with disabilities here for a birthday party! The service was amazing. Staff was patient as we put in many different orders food was excellent. Just really have to point out just how awesome and caring and supportive the staff was! Would recommend this place 1000%
Poor customer service after they sent me away with the wrong item. Said they would send out a new pizza that was correct at which point 55 minutes later they said I had to give back part of the wrong pizza that my kids had eaten since I wasn’t told I had to give it back. Delivered to my driveway at which point I was informed I needed to buy it since we ate the cheese pizza and not the three topping pizza that I wanted. I obviously said I want purchasing another pizza. Had I known that this was the policy, I would not have eaten any of it, but was just told “a pizza will be delivered to you to replace that one.” Absolutely abysmal customer service and “policy” that squandered resources for drivers, pizza makers, ingredients, boxes, gas, electricity and such and still have a customer leaving completely dissatisfied. Waste of so many things. I wasn’t trying to scam, I was just trying to show my family my favorite (now completely never coming back) pizza spot and didn’t even get to eat what I wanted. Could have easily said “I’m sorry we messed up. Here is a pizza that you were supposed to eat and glad your hungry family could eat while we remedied our mistake.” Not what things used to be or we just lucked out over the past 35 years. We aren’t scammers, we are just trying to eat when we are hungry.

I love Cassanos pizza, been eating it since a young boy in the 60's. but now that I am in my 60's eligible for senior discount you take it away. You used to give 10% offon all orders for seniors. Now all you offer is a personal pizza, to me, that is an insult! I heard from z good sources that you took it away because some employees were abusing the senior discount and giving i out to their friends or whatever. So, let's punish the seniors, not the employees responsible for the abuse. Makes no sense 😕

I remember when my dad would go visit my grandma in Ohio, and would fly home with 4 Cassano pizzas for us in California. And every time we'd come to Dayton, we'd head to Cassanos. I always claimed my favorite pizza was Cassano. Their pizza crust was so delicious, and a bit of crunch to it, not found in other pizzas. I'm a grown up now, and my dad passed away, and every time I make it to Ohio, I order a Cassanos pizza. The last few times I've come to Ohio, I noticed that the pizza wasn't crunching like I was used to, and I chalked it up to maybe somebody cut corners. Till this May, 2024, I came to visit for Mothers day. I called to order pizza, and I asked if they could use extra cornmeal on my crust and I was informed that THEY DON'T USE IT ANY MORE!! Whyyyyy????? That corn meal crust set your pizza apart and put it in a class by itself. I would love if you'd bring it back, as I'm sure lots of others would too.. Lots of my relatives don't eat at Cassanos anymore for that reason. The pizza is still good, but doesn't have that extra oomph that the crust brang.
