Good pizza but poor service! Very misleading on the use of their coupons. Can't use it in store and the ones for the app don't work either. Their app reviews speak for them selves! Everyone reports a issue with the coupons! Don't offer coupons if you won't honor them!

Food was good, customer service was good. Restaurant was clean. They do not accept coupons in store however. I received a coupon via the mail that I had planned to use but there was not a ordering code available when placing the order. Nowhere on this mailer did it specify that the order had to be completed on their app. In fact the mailer didn't say anything at all about their app. So, I assumed I could take the coupon in and have it applied when I paid for the order. I was wrong. I was told by the gentleman working that it had to be completed in the app so there was nothing he could do. I'm sure there would have been someone to apply a $5 coupon. The mailers need to be updated to reflect that the coupons are only available via app.

My husband swears this is the best pizza. He is from Ohio and worked there as a teen. I ordered these for our 26th anniversary! To say he was shocked is an understatement! They were delicious!

The people are great!!I called my order in.. the person that took my order was very nice and informative about the area as I’m passing through..I didn’t look at the pie until I had already left the parking lot.. the smell was driving me crazy so I reached for a slice.. I had never seen a pizza cut this way.. great for driving.. and soft and the first bite.. exploded with flavor in my mouth.. sooo yummy!!But it’s so thin.. a little thicker than a potato chip.. yeah, I was shocked to say the least.. but so tasty! If I’m in the area again I will definitely be back!!

The lady that was running the store in Englewood name Christine was very very rude to me she made me wait at the window for 5 minutes before waiting on me and I'm disabled her attitude was very nasty and unappropriate towards me when asked for 2 cups of anchovies l will not be going back there anymore for food?

asked for my sandwich WELL DONE it was barely toasted and luke warm and cheese was barely melted... to top it all off I took a bite of the 2nd half of the sandwich a piece of cheese hit me in the chin and when I grabbed it it was attached to a black hair that I pulled out of my mouth...DISGUSTING! This is the 2nd time this has happened...I won't be ordering food from you anymore

Food tasted good but we had requested extra done (option on website) and it seems they missed that request. Pizza was not ready on time but that wasn't a big deal for us. The dining room was a little messy but it seemed to be a very busy night in the drive-thru so that was understandable. Staff didn't seem to have much personality but that could have also been due to how busy they were.

We dined in yet we were served warm pizza from boxes. Ordered extra sauce on 2 pizzas but only got 1 pizza with extra sauce but it was only extra added in the middle leaving the edges very
