The food here is always really good. I had to call the manager about the service though. Both times picking up no one was at the counter or the window. I beeped and waited for 10 to 15 minutes. I finally had to call corporate to have them call whoever was working. If I had just happened once maybe it was just the bathroom break. But this happened both times I was there in 2 weeks. Yes there is a shortage of labor. But I had already paid for my food or I would have just left They disappear in the back and don't come out. Hopefully this is corrected as the food is really good.

I ordered 2 pizzas, I was told that they would be ready in 20 min. Got there in 30 minutes and the pizzas were not ready. I was annoyed, the people working there kept there composure through my eye rolls and obvious unsatisfied demeanor. They quickly got my pizza together, the manners of the workers were superb. Although I was irritated at first, I left with two hot/delicious pizzas and a smile.

Ordered a large big cheese with green olives for pick up right at opening. It was hot and ready when I got there. Exactly as I ordered it. Definitely will be back again.

The are only getting the 2 stars because it's really good food, when made correctly. However, EVERY time we order, we have to call back for a reorder. The ticket always has printed what we ordered BUT the food never matches the ticket, at least not the first round. Sadly disappointing and extremely frustrating!!

Ordered a larger order got everything perfect but most everything except the salads and breads sticks were over cooked and burnt. From the pizzas to the ravioli to the subs. Im really hoping it's a 1 off. It's too expensive to order again for duds

My husband and I have lived in Harrison Twp almost 40 years. We put up a lot with N Main but when Cassanos moved into the area it’s horrific. Extremely loud music to the point we can’t hear each other talk, cussing, bottles thrown everywhere and trash. We won’t start another Spring/Summer with the disrespect for your neighbors.
