Manager Lucas provided excellent customer service. Accurately ensured my order to the cooks and was kind enough to bring my pizza out to me when it was ready sooner than expected. Observed his management skills with his staff and he has a direct but respectable way of ensuring his cooks step things up in preparing orders. He takes pride in his position which is not very common these days. Thanks for reinforcing my eagerness to get my cassanos pizza when l come to town!

Not the right crust, raw dough, and pizzas were not cut through. Try explaining to your guest that they have to wait until I cook the pizza I just picked up. And to the children who are crying because they are hungry. I will say the young man at the drive thru was very pleasant.

Ordered from north main store for delivery to Kettering health Dayton and the driver called to see where to deliver it when I put those directions online when I order and they always take it to the wrong entrance so I said it 3 times he got very rude and hung up on me. I love the pizza very good but don’t do delivery from that location they are rude to their customers will never order from there again due to the employees not the food.

Poor customer service after they sent me away with the wrong item. Said they would send out a new pizza that was correct at which point 55 minutes later they said I had to give back part of the wrong pizza that my kids had eaten since I wasn’t told I had to give it back. Delivered to my driveway at which point I was informed I needed to buy it since we ate the cheese pizza and not the three topping pizza that I wanted. I obviously said I want purchasing another pizza. Had I known that this was the policy, I would not have eaten any of it, but was just told “a pizza will be delivered to you to replace that one.” Absolutely abysmal customer service and “policy” that squandered resources for drivers, pizza makers, ingredients, boxes, gas, electricity and such and still have a customer leaving completely dissatisfied. Waste of so many things. I wasn’t trying to scam, I was just trying to show my family my favorite (now completely never coming back) pizza spot and didn’t even get to eat what I wanted. Could have easily said “I’m sorry we messed up. Here is a pizza that you were supposed to eat and glad your hungry family could eat while we remedied our mistake.” Not what things used to be or we just lucked out over the past 35 years. We aren’t scammers, we are just trying to eat when we are hungry.
