I read a review of the customer service from this place ,was not the greatest I wish I would have listen . The young man there he has a doughy built and waves in his hair; .acted like you’re bothering him or he does not want you there . Two I don’t know if this the same people from Bourbon street off of Brown Street , that place was really good . However , the chicken I had at this place was dry , hard snd had a strange taste to it . It may have been a bad batch I don't know and will never know because I am not coming back . I can take a bad batch but I can not take a business that make you feel unwelcome .

I have been coming here on my lunch breaks pretty regularly for the past couple months. The food is always amazing. Today I brought my coworkers and one of them accidentally dropped his order and the staff without hesitation offered and made him a new and fatter burrito. 11/10.
Food was great and alot of it! They are remodeling the dining room!

Stopped in yesterday and ordered the Cajun chicken. Chicken & veggies were perfectly seasoned & rice was very perfect consistency. Staff were nice and seemed like they really enjoyed their job. They’re working on the aesthetics of the inside but the quality of food is well worth it! Can’t wait to go back to try new things!
I had the bourbon chicken with spicy rice and Cajun potatoes, which were very good potatoes. Imagine the best mall chicken you’ve ever had over a slightly spicy rice that perfectly complements the chicken, that’s what I got. It was delicious and huge. Highly recommend.
Stopped by yesterday for dinner and it was so amazing! Food was so flavorful and hands down had the best seasoned vegetables I’ve ever had. Great service as well!

This is my first experience here, so far based on the service I received from the cashier, he was very curt with me and uninviting. Haven’t gotten my order yet, it doesn’t matter how good the food may or not be, from the service alone, I will not return.

I was really excited about trying the food due to hearing so many good things. I walked in today and there was a light skin guy at the register and looked like he had a very very nasty attitude. He didn’t greet us at all and when asked what comes on the cheese steak he spoke super fast like he was upset that I asked. I decided to turn right around and walk out because I’m was scared that man was making the food and would do something to my food. Smh definitely needs better customer service

It was okay. Just okay. I had the Philly Steak. Penn Station's, just down the street, is better. Its flavours seem to me to be better merged together than Royal Bourbon's.
