Wife and i have been to this location a couple times... this time left a whole lot to be desired... first off someone bombed the bathroom and it smelled like a construction port-o john.... I ordered a Vietnamese Coffee and what I received was watered down gas station coffee... very disappointed for my $6.50... wife's drink was no better. I tipped $2... so for a total tab of $16.50... all I ended up with was two drinks in the trash. No, I did not go back in to have the drinks remade because who wants spit in their drink. Highly unlikely to return.

Love this place, I order from them quite often and the milk teas are usually great. But it’s a hit or miss most of the times because the taste differs everyday 😭.
I always get the Taichi supreme and sometimes they make it good with the right amount of tea and milk and sweetness. Sometimes they don’t, and most of that time the drink’s always too milky and sweet you can’t even taste the tea, it’s like drinking sweet milk with bobas.

This place is amazing!!!! There are so many flavors/options, it's super kid friendly, there are toys to entertain children while you order, very neat, and just a good experience overall. Tony was SOOO patient as I was figuring out the menu with two small kids. Perfect stop to or from Thomas Cloud Park!!!

EDIT: 6/12/2025 Cha Time is great SO LONG AS one of the two women are the baristas. If it's any of the men, you're likely to not get Boba as they're suddenly out.
If you do get Boba it's under cooked or old. The drinks are weaker with the guys making them and they give you the barest amount of Boba pearls/any other toppings you get.
