Chiapas Mexican Grill Miamisburg

We went on Tuesday and got the taco Tuesday special $1.99 each. They were good, the chips and salsa also good. We were the only customers dining in,( it was like 3pm) the place is pretty big, don't let the outside fool you, it's nice inside. Go check it out.

Romeo Santos music on Pandora set the vibe for a chill Mexican dining experience. Everything I ordered was super tasty! Top shelf marg, choriqueso, chicken mole del sur, and ground been chili relleno were all *chef’s kiss*

I was looking for tacos in the area and found them on google maps. Drive slowly. I almost missed it.

I had carne asada yesterday lengua. ☺️☺️

The food was good. The chips were crisp and warm!!!! Salsa wasn’t spicy but the spicy one was on the side for those who will obviously want to add it.

I had agua de jamaica! Loved it! Not like those other places whose Jamaica taste like zuko.

There is taco tuesday, look it up.

The cumbia playing the background was vibes.

The cleanliness!!! Yes!!! Propf that you can have authentic food and still invest in decor and cleanliness without charging a kidney to customers.

I will be back with my peepz for sure.

Vegetarian options: It’s rare to get vegetarian options at mexican restaurants. I was happy to see the section on the menu.

The place is cozy and the food is authentic

I hate to leave a bad review, but I used to order Chiapas on DoorDash with no issue. For a long time I've received the wrong orders. I always order steak over chicken (fajitas, burritos, etc.) yet every time I get chicken. Feels like a lack of respect for online orders (difficult to rectify incorrect items) but I'm still paying for what I ordered yet not getting it. Can't in good conscience order online from here again.

If you haven't visited any of the Chiapas stores, you are missing out, and there's hardly anyone going to this one yet. We practically had the place to ourselves. It was great!

So I took the wife to lunch to a place we've never been,and will never go back. The food lacked flavor from what she said she ate which was a chicken burrito. The salsa tasted like pure ketchup, and I ordered a torta de carne asada but what I got was bread with condiments inside and not even enough meat to fill up a corn tortilla taco. I told the waitress and showed her she put her face gasped and was stunned for a moment. Then she said maybe that's the portions they give , she said she would get the manager. 10 minutes went by and nobody showed up other than the waitress to hand me a bill. I went ahead and paid the bill, almost 40 bucks for a dull burrito some ketchup and bread what a joke

Very good food. The quality is authentic. Excellent service. Very clean all around. It is located in an area that is off the main street.

I would recommend coming and eating here any time.
