Website says store closes at 10. I came inside at 945, manager did not take my order and advised that the dining room closes at 9. Had just got off work. They at least could have made it known that the inside was closed, even though I was able to walk in. There was no one in line or the drive thru, he could have just taken my order

Stopped for lunch had nuggets, very good. Many types of sauces also very good. Some iced tea, which is very good as well service, was very well brought to my table with the drinks and later on. I asked for a replacement drink and they brought that as well. So that's very good. The interior was extremely clean and nice and very friendly. I asked the staff if they would help me make a music video just to chase things along, but they said no, that was not allowed. And they went and asked the manager and the manager declined the opportunity to sing a Christmas song period bummer. Met a man related to The cache is from tennessee, who bought my lunch period I made some balloon animals for the kids and they were extremely appreciative and had a good time.I'd say it's a nice place.Lots of parking, lots of room for people.Many types of people there, travelers and next to a hotel area.So it was very busy enclosed photos

Didn’t our 3 waffles fries in the order under Ron. Our total meal was over $60.00. We had to wait on the food and they said it would be a 10 minute we did wait but we didn’t get all food.

The staff was fantastic, they kept going around to the tables inside asking to clear off any trash for us and they would ask if we needed anything at all. They also have a really neat train that goes around the lobby above your head so our kiddos absolutely loved that!
The cashier Ian N. exemplifies great customer service and made me feel very open to the environment, he brought a funny feel to the store and made it feel lively. I believe he should be entitled to a promotion and more than 1 shift a week.
