Was in the area and thought Chick-fil-A breakfast sounded good. By the time I waited at a few lights, I walked in right at 10:30 (I checked the time). When I was finally acknowledged apparently it was 10:31 and I was told they were no longer serving breakfast. What a disappointment. Had I known they were going to be like that I would not have tried so hard to get there. I told my friend. She said she got there at 10:35am a few weeks back and was told they weren't serving breakast but they said they would check to see what was left. Now that's the customer service I expect from them. I guess the day I went, it was not "their pleasure". I get they have to cut off breakfast on time everyday but 10:31? Come on! The service my friend got is top notch like I would expect. Time to find another breakast spot.

I've gone five times in total, and every order has been wrong to some degree. Either incorrect items, missing items, wrong orders.
I won't be coming back, not sure how this is a consistent issue. I ask them to tell me my order again, they confirm it and I'm still missing items.

Ruined my Birthday Lunch. Me and my mom arrived to this Chick-fil-A location for my Birthday on Nov. 22. 2024. We pull up and see no person to take our order so my mom just waits in the line and parks her car. (During the time we waited, the other staff were staring at us wondering why we weren't moving. Well, duh. Our order wasn't taken and my mom didn't want to circle around again.) We wait for 7 minutes until a lady walked up to us. She was very rude to my mom and told her that she (my mom) drove past her. (With my young eyes I didn't even see her standing around to take our order. She was dealing with another person and waltzed over to another car that was behind us.) So we order or food (31 dollars for 3 people) and we go up to the window. The servers told us our food wasn't ready so they told us to park by the dumpsters. (Symbolically calling us trash. ON MY BIRTHDAY) We get our food and go home. I find that my chicken was partially raw and my fries tasted like lettus. It freaked me out BIG TIME. Went to McDonald's instead and had better experience and was cheaper. Now knowing that Chick-fil-A changed their waffle fries and the fact that they ruined my birthday lunch, we, as a family, aren't ever going back.

Usual delicious food, but this location has an indoor playground area for the kids!! It’s great because there’s only 1 exit/entrance to the play area so you don’t have to worry about the little ones sneaking out.
Like all Chick-fil-As this location is clean and the service is friendly and amazing!! Definitely recommend eating in if you have little kids.

The food was fast & fresh. The staff was super friendly, even offered to get me a refill while I was eating at my table. The restaurant hardly had any seating available for me and my son to sit down and eat. It was 11:30am on a Wednesday and the restaurant was packed. Overall I was satisfied with my experience. They do have a large play equipment area for small children.
