When having a frustrating day with car problems, chick fil a really helped being a smile to my children and me. They were so friendly, caring, and brought us all a cup of ice cream. Becky was especially accommodating and so sweet. The restaurant itself and the restrooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you thank you thank you chick fil a for holding employees to highest standards.

New renovations look nice on the place. It’s chick fil a, what more can I say, consistently quality amongst the sandwiches/chicken they sell just like all the other chick fil a locations I’ve been to. So if you’re looking for a chick fil a sandwich and don’t want to go inside of the mall, this location is close enough and definitely faster than the alternative, at least in my experiences.

Its INSIDE the dayton mall,but not far in. Food was hot and fresh. Even being busy I got my order quickly. A++

Waiting in the slowest drive thru lane ever. This trip for breakfast. They aren’t even very busy. One poor girl running the drive thru and mobile line. Finally get to the front and there’s a five minute wait on hash browns. Asked if I wanted to substitute something. Asked my options. Fruit, yogurt or salad (at 7AM). Fruit would be $2 extra. Over 10 minutes and I still don’t have my food. I love Chick-fil-A, but not this one. Edit: when I finally got my food, she said there was a coupon in the bag for my wait. It expires tomorrow!!!
