I don't recommend going to this store. One of the most disgusting customer service you'll experience. I noticed that they ignore me so many times when I ask for my order and they instead of helping me out they engage in conversations and jokes and delay the order. I can see the order on the counter and instead of handing me the order they tell me it's not ready!

If I could do a negative star rating I would. Where do I start? Me and my wife walked in and were trying to order our food but couldn’t hear or understand the kid taking our order! After I ordered I asked for a salad bowl just the container nothing inside just the container but no they don’t just give out containers like that. What if I was wanting to split a salad with my wife a. Poor service.

Go to this chick-fil-a probably 3-5 times a week and usually don’t have issues. Often forget items but I check my order and will point it out before leaving. Today I placed a carryout order for breakfast at 10:30 and called the store to let them know I wasn’t there quite yet but was on my way and to please not throw it out. Whoever I talked to said after 10:35 it’s getting tossed because it can’t be held longer…. I told her i’ve never had this problem before and she said she was the managers manager. so i had 5 minutes or i’m not getting it. Cool! New lunch place on the way to work every day it is!

Just ordered 12 nuggets, small fry, Chick fil a sauce. Got the nuggets, 2 orders of fries which is fine since the last time they didn’t give me the fries I ordered, AND 11 (eleven) packets of Chick fil a sauce in their own bag. WHO is filling these orders??? 😁

I paid $919 for a meal and I lived exactly 3 minutes from there from the time they handed me. The bag until I pulled up in my driveway was 3 minutes. The fries were cold and the sandwich was cold so not sure if they were standing back there and just having bagged up waiting for the cars to pull up because it was cold outside. I did notice today that a lot of people are walking around to a car with a bag and that wasn't the person's order so those people finally got their bag. Their stuff was cold also. Just wanted to let you know cuz you guys are a good company but I won't be back until it gets warm outside. Thank you and have a great day

Not happy with my last visit. I go here just about every day and don’t usually have problems. But this time my ketchup was missing. Had to wait 5 min at the counter to get it so then my food was cold. My fries were supposed to have no salt but they were covered in it, also cold and hard. And my water was supposed to be light ice but it was so full of ice I ran out of water after a few sips. And my filet was so small it was about half the size of what it usually is.

Order breakfast and arrive at 1030 like the app said to. I scanned the qr code and it canceled my order. Needs a better system.

I ordered breakfast at 10:23 and they end at 10:30. The order was made. I ran bit late and I came at 11:40 to pick it up but the manager said they threw away the order bc it was after breakfast hours. I’m like but I paid tho. Makes sense if I didn’t paid and I was wanting breakfast. But they threw away the whole order 😞

I used to go to this location several times a week. My patients love the cookies so i would buy several days of yogurt and slads for myself and cookies for all my patients. I asked for 6 cookies, cold. The nice young man comes out, brings me soft drink, shake, two sales yogurt, etc. He hands me a bag thatvis full of 6 cookies, I hand the bag back and explain I need them individually wrapped for my patients. He takes rhe bag inside, then comes out and tells me the manager told him because I touched the outside of the bag they couldn't take them back. I explain I am going to different patients and they have to be individually wrapped. He comes bag with the little bags and says his manager said to give me the bags and I could bag them myself. I felt sorry for him because it wasn't his fault but I wasn't going to give them my business, handed him all my things except for the shake because I had taken a sip from it. I told him to tell his manager I didn't want anything, refund my money and I would never return. I don't spend alot of money there, about 100.00 a week for my food, treats and food for patients or homeless but if you treat a 100 people like this, that would be about half a million lost revenue a year. Good thing economy is booming

This particular Chick fil a is great! They always get you in and out fast even through the lunch rush. The employees are always super friendly, nice, and helpful. The food always comes out hot and fresh and delicious! I personally recommend the deluxe chicken sandwich as the tomatoes and lettuce adds just a little extra flavor to the sandwich! The drive-through is a little confusing at first, but after going a few times it's not bad at all.
