Got off work trying to find something good to eat. Nothing was open so I stopped at Chicken Kriket's. I ordered 5 Wings with honey Teriyaki sauce and the Loaded Fries/Tornado. EVERYTHING WAS OVER SEASONED LIKE SOMEONE POURED THE WHOLE BOX OF SALT ON IT. I COULDN'T EAT IT. MY BLOOD PRESSURE WENT UP. THE YOUNG LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER HAD A ATTITUDE BECAUSE SHE ACT LIKE SHE COULDN'T HEAR ME WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER. THEY DON'T GREAT YOU. THEY DON'T SAY HELLO WELCOME TO SUCJ AND SUCH. IT'S JUST WHAT CAN I GET YOU. ALTHOUGH THE CHICKEN WAS CRISPY. EVERYTHING WAS JUST TO DAMN SALTY. I WASTED $15.50 FOR NOTHING BECAUSE I THREW IT IN THE TRASH IT WAS SALTY I COULDN'T EAT IT. TO TOP IT OFF SOMEONE SUGGESTED I TRY THEM AND SAID THEY WE'RE GOOD.

Terrible service the lady that takes your order is very rude with a nasty attitude! They don’t fix issues with your food instead she will tell you that’s not what you ordered instead of just fixing it and making the customer happy!! Don’t believe the menu because what’s on there isn’t how your food will come they will charge you $.50 cents for a drip of sauce. I will never support this place again!! I spent $30 just to throw the food away!!

My friends and I go every Wednesday and they never disappoint! Great food in a reasonable timeframe. I recommend the spicy butter parmesan or honey BBQ sauce on whatever you get. I don't live in the area but it's always worth coming. Great customer service. It's not "fast food" so don't expect it to be ready as soon as you order, but it's worth the wait. But to avoid that you can always call in!
