“I came by Saturday to get food the customer service was great I am a regular love the young lady in the window she’s so kind and sweet however she had to make a sign saying something like “do not talk to cashier outside of your order “ which is good because I witnessed young men coming in and harassing her however the food was good I always get chicken tossed in Kriket sauce my food is always bagged perfectly everything is a 5 star from me the young lady at the window makes this place feels like home and like family I love it at this place please keep it up and please keep the employees that’s what makes me revisit the most the customer service is awesome and their black owned so that’s always a plus.“

“Each year around Thanksgiving, we celebrate our employees with a company-sponsored breakfast. Despite economic challenges and tariffs negatively impacting our bottom line, we wanted to continue this tradition. This year, we provided a continental-style breakfast featuring Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit sandwiches, fresh fruit, and several additional items from a local warehouse store. Chick-fil-A delivered our food promptly, complete with all necessary utensils and serving supplies. A special thank-you to William, our delivery driver, who was exceptionally patient and kind. When I asked about signing the receipt and adding a tip, he explained that Chick-fil-A doesn’t process tips—but his excellent service deserves recognition. We want to express our appreciation to the Washington Township Chick-fil-A, operated by Marla Davis, as well as her Centerville (Cornerstone area) location. As a local Centerville resident, I find both restaurants are consistently efficient, and their employees are always friendly and professional. We highly recommend Marla Davis’s Chick-fil-A locations for any catering needs or any Chic-fil-A craving.“
