Been here several times since moving to the area a couple years ago. Food is always hot and the staff are good at making sure empty trays are filled. They also have a menu for dine in orders if you or a family member don't like/trust buffet style food. The owner/manager is friendly.

I stopped by on 4/16/25 for early dinner, when I was paying with a card, the lady insisted that I wrote down the total amount right where the tips on the receipt is; my reply was: I just left the tip on the table... My surprise was that she called a guy on me …… don’t know why; anyways , I wrote down the same amount for the meal price and I left. She was very confronted, I didn’t feel welcome here.

Surprisingly, there was a good selection of food for such a small, hole in the wall, buffet. The service was excellent, and they have the best hot and sour soup - hands down. I even ordered a large container to go.

I experienced very rude customer service. And I felt they were racist but maybe they weren’t and just chose my family to act inappropriately to. The waiter started speaking very fast in an Asian language and I told him I didn’t understand, he rolled his eyes and asked what we wanted to drink. Also while I was getting food another worker came up to me and took the food off my plate with her hand. And said the food wasn’t ready. Why is it sitting out if it’s not ready? They watched me and my kids eat the whole time, other than that the food was good but they treated us very badly.

I was very impressed with the freshness, cleanliness, food variety, quality, and flavor. Not to mention nice atmosphere and friendly staff! I went back again and took my husband there two weeks later and we both really like it! Will definitely be back!

Our family loves Bright Moon buffet. Foods are fresh, tasty, and service is very nice. My 3 year-old baby loves this place. My 3 month-old enjoys the friendly asmosphere.
