have been here multiple times in the past, the most recent time was absolutely horrible. we weren’t even halfway through our meal when the waitress dropped the check off..not a huge deal. until we paid, in cash, left $6 extra for tip and the waitress comes back to the table insisting we leave more. she berated us to the point we left $10 more. it was very obnoxious and embarrassing. she stood in our faces demanding more tip and said “thank you” over and over until we gave up more money. extremely unprofessional and we will never be returning!!! don’t spend your money here!

Food was good. Service was horrible.
They weren't even busy and out plates sat there stacked up to where we had to move them to the vacant table next to us.
Also, be cautious if you need a crab leg cracker. You have to go up and ask for 1. We had a table of 4 people so I went up and asked if she had crab leg crackers. She reached in a box and handed me 1. I asked her if I could have at least 1 more and she yelled at me and said NO!
One is enough. Now go... I said we have 4 people at our table and she just kept telling me to go and she used her hand and motioned me away. (This is the 2nd time this has happened when asking for them!)

Food was overcooked, price was high for low quality food, green beans tasted like soot! You can tell the grease was overused and burnt. Very bad overall experience. Only gave 3 stars cause at least the food was hot.

The amazing table service is what sets this place apart, in my humble opinion. Very kind and gracious staff, making sure the water glasses are filled and any details are taken care of.

Great place for lunch if you work on or near the Air Force base. If you have limited time, six or more people can come in and be eating at the well, stocked and well managed buffet within two or three minutes. Drinks are almost always waiting when we return from the buffet. Since the buffet is large, there are never any lines.

If you have a larger group, they will take your credit cards at the table, or if you prefer to go to the register in front, that's also available. Speaking of which, I find the price of the buffet very reasonable. $12.00 if you order water with lemon instead of a soft drink, which I recommend if you plan on eating a lot!

Dishes are clean; tables are clean. Furniture is in good repair. Restrooms are spotless. Room temperature has never been an issue. The noise level is excellent. Sitting around a circular table all can be heard, even with a full room.

Very easy entrance/exit with handicapped parking available right in front of the building.

Also I have been many times over the past 10 or 12 years, and my level of satisfaction is is always the same!
One of our group said he has been going there for 20 plus years, and always enjoys the visit.

Kudos to the staff and owners for making our most recent visit pleasant and memorable as always!

I attended WSU - Wright State University 2010-2012 and this was my favorite restaurant to go to off campus …
I strictly came here for the fried crab legs along with the snow crab legs however, the fried crab legs were magnificent today me and my friend had planned to drive from Columbus today in for the fried crab legs. We learned that they no longer do fried crab legs, which is a bummer because those were my favorite . If there’s anything I could ask is to bring back the fried crab legs. They were Dungeness crab legs and some type of seasoning with pepper and onions. I don’t know how they did it. I’ve tried it so many times and failed. This is the only restaurant I know of and I’m from Columbus
