This is what it actually looks like. At least what mine looked like today. No use trying to get a replacement for the soggy incorrect order either, the store won't accept phone calls and the only person you can reach online is a less than useless robot with a handful of auto responses. Fill out the survey?? Sure, except once you hit 1 star it says your session connection has failed 😂😂 Verizon 5G says that's a lie.
