Why do they always run out of food hours before they close? I came to get food at around 9:30 and they were out of everything but they close at 11pm which is ridiculous. Management should do better and keep track of inventory. Other than that its alright

They messed up our order. Asked them to remake it but they ran out of ingredients. Manage (Ariana) said they were “unable” to provide a refund. Food was still wrong and manager was rude.

Ordered a burrito on the mobile app and they put in the completely wrong meat. I did not order rice, but they put rice in it. They forgot the fajita veggies and lettuce.

seriously stop giving this store your patronage. they cannot sufficiently complete orders. you will always be missing items and your food will be incorrect. this is not a one off issue. it is their standard of practice.

I am so heartbroken from last night My daughter husband and i are a huge fan of chipotle We live in Indianapolis and my husband is a truck driver. He had been driving through and had a displaced hernia and fell out in the truck stop and EMT transported him to ER and he needed er surgery ...i jumped in my car and drove 2 1/2 hours to Dayton. Once he was out of surgery he was allowed to eat FIRST thing we thought of was chipotle. My daughter and i came to this chipotle and (like i said my hubby is a truck driver and we have been to chipotles all over the country ) but this by far is theee most ghettoest , nastiest ruded chipotle i have EVER BEEN AT . NO ONE LOOKED LIKE THEY CLEANED IN HOURS the security guard (yes i said security guard) Lil pewn pewn visibly lacked awareness there was MORE RICE AND SIDES OUTSIDE THE CONTAINERS THAN IN...they were talking and joking while having a line waiting . Customer service was HORRIBLE...THE GIRL broke my burrito twice and dumped it into another shell it was so nasty ...i was over charged (45.10) for three entrees and didn't give me what i asked . i have to come back to daytin this evening again and sadly i will not be returning to this chipotle there again. Very horrible heartbreaking experience
Maybe this store should try putting in some utensils for delivery orders. I’m a college student ordered food to the library during finals dj had no utensils and no napkins. Do better chipotle.
