I've always been happy with this Chipotle. The people are nice and quick. The store is always clean and there are a lot of sitting options. There even is a small outdoor area to eat. Ample parking around. It was a little too cold in the restaurant last week though.

I’ve ordered from this chipotle multiple times and everytime the order is either wrong or half filled. I ordered it tonight and they put so much cheese on it that it’s damn near the only thing in it.and it taste old!

Skip this location if you want good portion size Chicken bowls. There is no reason Chipotle should upcharged $1.50 if you ask for more RICE. My son and I walked out and went to another location. Will never return.

This chipotle is consistently one of the worst ones in Dayton, but today I had the absolute worst experience yet.
The guac was basically all this large, rotten, hard black/grey chunk. I've never seen an avocado grey but also hard....it was disgusting. I got all 3 salsas and queso yet somehow the bowl had no flavor. I also got chips and I swear, there were 10-12 chips in the bag. It was like one of the .25 cent bag or Doritos you get in the snack pack.
I ended up just throwing the whole thing away as the rotten avocado grossed me out soo much.
Update - I sent this report of being served rotten food to the link provided below....and they offered me a free fountain drink. See photo.

I had no issues with the food, but the store itself was trashed. It's one of the busiest Chipotles I've been too, but that being said, hire some one to keep the place clean!! The place was so dirty I didn't want to eat there!

This chipotle is equivalent to the 2017 Browns. Countless times I have ordered food from here and items have been missing, food was freezing, and without fail sour cream will consume the bowl. Do not go here. I just ordered a meal and got 2 steak burritos with toppings. Both burritos had rice and an absurd amount of sour cream only. I think I would rather eat my dogs pet food than this. Seriously do not go here, unless you want your day ruined.
Just go to a different Chipotle. In the 5 years I’ve lived around here I don’t think I’ve gotten one order right. The portions are pathetic. Not even half a bowl. If you want extra lettuce or anything, they will find a way to give you less than the normal amount. Hell, one time I got a single shred. It’s lettuce? Your cheapest ingredient? Take advantage of that. This location is not worth the money. Just drive to Beavercreek or literally anywhere else. You’ll get what you want and probably more.

I ordered chipotle from door dash and it picked this location, if I don't go in person for the brown street chipotle they will always skimp the bowl on portion sizes, there is barely any rice in this bowl if any and it looks rushed and un appetizing. For 15 dollars plus a tip for my driver this is unacceptable.
