The girl in the front lied to me and said they charge extra for extra rice and she barely put any rice in my bowl. She had gold earrings and a red bandana.
The girl at the register was very impatient when I was scanning rewards and starting touching my phone without even asking. I think she was a redhead and her name was crystal. She was skinny too.
Also, none of them have name tags.

Why do they always run out of food hours before they close? I came to get food at around 9:30 and they were out of everything but they close at 11pm which is ridiculous. Management should do better and keep track of inventory. Other than that its alright

They messed up our order. Asked them to remake it but they ran out of ingredients. Manage (Ariana) said they were “unable” to provide a refund. Food was still wrong and manager was rude.

Ordered a burrito on the mobile app and they put in the completely wrong meat. I did not order rice, but they put rice in it. They forgot the fajita veggies and lettuce.
seriously stop giving this store your patronage. they cannot sufficiently complete orders. you will always be missing items and your food will be incorrect. this is not a one off issue. it is their standard of practice.
