Disappointed! Female (i think) wearing a grey hoodie with her hood up gave dirty looks, and attitude the whole time. Threw my receipt in my back then tossed my bag. She was mad that i asked for a water cup. Worst customer service i’ve ever seen at chipotle. Was even rude to the other workers.

They are always out of lettuce or chicken or something! I have been here on multiple occasions because of its location, but I have only been here maybe once or twice where they had every ingredient. Some regional person who orders for them needs to up some of the quantities. It'll be prime dinner time 6pm without any of a major protein. The workers are fine and some I would say are nice, but recently I went to use a giftcard in the app and they told me it went through so I put in my card for the rest of the total, just to realize after the fact that my giftcard had full balance. They're just in a rush because it gets way too overcrowded and noisy in there.Parking: parking behind the chipotle

I ordered 3 bowls, chips and guacamole, and 2 tortillas. When we got our order it was only two bowls and nothing else was in there and they didn’t refund our money either and that just ruined chipotle for me completely. I will never eat at that chipotle again and we spent almost $50 at that restaurant. Big thumbs down for all those workers.

As soon as i walked in the door, the environment felt so hostile. When it was my turn to be helped the lady with the butterfly tattoo on her arm was very obviously annoyed. She had a dirty look on her face, was shouting at her coworkers and started talking about how she isn’t rushing for anybody although no one was rushing her. The girl with ginger hair ignored me when I requested some chips and guac and proceeded to talk to other customers instead of ringing me out, she had at least 3 orders stacked up to ring out because she wasn’t paying attention. Other workers were worried about everything but the customers. There were dishes stacked up high and there was just a lot going on. The customer service was horrible and the place was a mess.
