We ordered online around 6pm, when we went to go pick it up they said we didn’t place an order and when we showed them our order confirmation they said that they had gave our order to somebody and had to remake our order but they said that we had to wait even longer because they had other orders to make. Then they said that we would have to pay for the order again if we wanted our food. So we asked for a refund and they said we had to text some number in order to get a refund. As somebody who works in the food service industry I am completely appalled by how the people at this location treated us. Will NOT be returning. Order confirmation number was 2ny-da5

Awful awful awful. Went here to ge try and my woman some food. They were out of about everything(at 3pm) so I think they just weren’t trying to cook more. They couple make quesadillas and the staff were all terrible about it. Don’t go here. The one and vandallia is much better

Yall need to get it together we shouldn't have to wait almost an hour for chicken and rice and steak!, and ontop of that serving brown guacamole! And the person cooking the chicken didn't even temp it! This store is ridiculous and honestly im never coming back! All the food didn't look fresh and pans were so dirty, it was disgusting.

The food is really good but the service is extremely slow. If you get there when they open, they don't like to unlock the doors until they're ready regardless of their opening time. They will totally ignore you while you're standing in the cold outside.
Love the fresh food here . Always delicious and service is always kind and professional. Got the double meat chicken and steak lots of rice ,sour cream ,lettuce. Queso sauce ,cheese . Portions are always as you want . Food was out within seconds of ordering.

My fiance went to the store to grab dinner for us tonight. The restaurant was dirty, there was cheese and lettuce in the guac, all the toppings were mostly juice, and then they bagged our food they placed his upside down which made it leak all over. As he got outside the bag gave way and we lost literally half of our food to the negligence and carelessness of the staff. They do not care about quality here. If i were you i wouldnt pay extra for anything because chances are it will either be lost or not live up to your standards at all. It comes down to principle, if we are paying for a service, and extra for it at that, it should go without saying we expect it to be done with care and not with rushing adolescents that are rude as hell and leave the counter littered with old meat and veggies alike in order to get someone sick. Corporate should really take a discreet look at the staff and service here.

I've been meeting my husband here for years for lunch. We've only every had one bad experience. We were in two weeks ago at lunch time. Everything was fresh. Line was moving fast. The place was clean. It's a smaller Chipotle inside so not a ton of seating, but definitely enough. They also have some outdoor seating. Staff was nice, but could be a little more friendly.

I came to pick up a door dash order from this location in the late evening and it took them 15 minutes to even start on the order. The store was not busy and they took their sweet time getting to me
