Ordered online, did not receive any side sauces ordered and got home, found out half of what we paid for was not on our food. No tomato salsa, no sour cream, barely any cheese, no queso, ordered chips and queso (no queso) and a side of red hot (did not receive). Seems to be a theme anytime we order from here. Between this one and Englewood, idk which is worse. $35.00 to be charged and not receive the paid for extras. Extremely frustrated

Very nice young staff, the music was vibin', and the food tastes like Jesus seasoned and cooked it. 1st time at this location. Well def go back next time I'm in Dayton. Thanks y'all.
First time at Chipotle and fairly disappointed. First off like many others, I dislike cilantro, and it is in every item it seems, with no options with out it. So I did not enjoy the chicken bowl I ordered.Also, the workers were fairly nice but they are so loud, and they all talk like they are in a bar. Hothead allows me to get rice without cilantro, and also has more choices, so I finally tried Chipotle, and did not care for it. I know so many people that dislike cilantro, I am amazed there is no option to not have it. I will stick with Hothead for bowls.

This place sucks. CONSISTENTLY bad food. Crusty tortillas, tiny helpings of food, orders always missing something, barely coherent staff. If you like food poisoning and losing brain cells, eat here.

We arrived at 8 pm to order dinner for take out. To our surprise a this time of night, they were out of almost all the food. No hard tacos, no Barbados, no AL Pastor chicken, no guacamole, no chips for the dip.The staff was sloppy and half rude when asked for items they were out of.As a result of this experience, we will not be returning or recommending this Chipotle.

Was told they were closed after walking in at 10:39pm 3/6/24pm. They said they had online, and after taking out my phone they said their online doesn't work after 10:30. What's the point of saying you have online only? To save the embarrassment in saying you're closed because you want to go home early?
My experience was horrible . Workers do not cater to customers and just throw the food in the bowls carelessly. Not to mention they give you VERY small portions . I would not

I work at the Penske down the street and this is my go to spot. They make the best chicken there. I have been to many Chipotles and this one is my favorite.
