Waited in 45 minute line. Staff was lethargic and intentionally slow. Im vegetarian and by the time I made it to the front of the line, they ran out of fajita veggies. They told me it would be ready in 5 minutes and assured me I wouldn't need to wait in line again if I wanted to wait until they were done to order. I waited 20 minutes and was never acknowledged. I asked how long until they would be done now and was completely ignored. Like intentionally ignored. I left and went to the Chipotle on Miller Ln and was served in less than 5 minutes. This employees here are the absolute worst.

This place is always out of stuff. I have never given a restaurant so many chances and every time we go they are out of something. Without fail every time something is out. Mangers need to train employee to expect a high volume of customers at all times. Sad excuse of a Chipotle location.

This has to be the slowest chipotle and I mean SLOWEST. If there is a little bit of line expect to wait like 20 minutes which is insane. The its not even worth the wait because ingredients don’t seem to taste as good as other locations. Wouldn’t come back to this location.

Pretty poor management and staff at this location. The service is slow. I ordered on the app, and they were missing the chips I ordered. When I asked about it, they said they were out of stock. Poor management. I wasn’t told on the app that they were out of stock. Poor management. When I was handed my order, they didn’t tell me I needed to seek out a refund for myself through the app. I ended up getting a taco as my refund, which proved to be much easier than trying to deal with the app or the register for the refund.

Water leaking from vent over the food and the line was out the door. I studied line for 15 minutes waiting to get food only to see that vent leaking over the rice.....ugh

Went to go pick up my online order and waited over half an hour, a gentleman in front of me waited for about an hour. When I got my order one of my burritos was a bowl and was completely wrong and was probably somebody else's. When I contacted the contact support the response I got was that they could not refund or replace every order that was wrong but would contact the store about the issues. Did I ever get any contact back? Absolutely not. I used to eat a lot of Chipotle but it has really gone down the toilet. I'll find another place to get my burrito from here on out.

Have been here approximately 6 times over the past two years. This location is wildly understaffed, and the staff it does have is slow and unmotivated. The line yesterday was past the door, and not a single employee was on the line. Worst service I've seen in a Chipotle Mexican Grill in ages. The times I have eaten there, the food has been on par with other locations. Its really just the service that is incredibly poor.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had an awful experience with this store. It just looks like someone who is incredibly lazy just slops stuff together. And nearly every order is wrong or missing things or has random things added like they didn’t bother reading the order. I know food service isn’t the best job but you should take pride in whatever you’re doing at any point in your life. I’m sure when you order food for your family you appreciate effort for it to be done well. Won’t ever be ordering at this store again.

I would avoid mobile ordering from this location. It's usually a hassle, but the last time, someone walked off with my order. It stinks, but it happens. The issue is that neither the person making the mobile orders nor the cashier ever asked me, in the *20* minutes I was standing there, what order I was waiting on, if I needed help, anything of the sort. The person making the orders never even looked up from his belly button. I finally went to get my phone, saw that my order was done, and interrupted the cashier to see where it was.

This Store in Englewood Ohio should be closed down !! Until they retrain and clean up the areas .
Every bit of the Food station and the dining tables were very dirty . No one is wiping areas down .
And the Food area had food being mixed with other foods ! Just a messy area.
I was just grossed out by the condition of this store .
What and where is the Manager ? You should be ashamed of yourself .
And your service was slow ! Your customers I had to wait for their food to be rung up way too long . The check out guy was too busy talking in the back area .to be bothered with picking up the food and ringing it up .
I won’t be back ! And No this isn’t the first time the store has been like this . Service is lacking in so many areas .
And I can’t believe you haven’t had the Food Inspector called on this store .
Poor service , poor Food care and the pop station was a mess !! Forks thrown all over the counter . This store hadn’t been wiped down in hours !!
Someone needs to step up and retrain everyone in that store !
Chipotle you gotta do better than this !!

I wanna start off with the good, the young man working the line is absolutely amazing but unfortunately it ends there with the good. The tables are all a mess, they were out of veggies except lettuce, the gentleman cashing out wasn't attentive. I wish I had a better experience here.
