This is the slowest location. Currently writing this from the line... ive been here for 30 mins and has only moved 25ish ft. Theyre to busy talking and joking

Tried it twice. Unfriendly service both times. 1st time was out of several meats. 2nd time, kept seeing a special sauce advertised, wanted to try it. NOPE, was told they're out and dont want to make anymore. Pathetic, hold your ppl to higher standards. Need to be more welcoming and not so rude and hateful

I don't think anyone there understands the concept of time. I have yet to receive an order on time! I ordered almost an hour ahead of time and it was still late!! Get it together already

More times than not, there is a line longer than interstate 75 and there is only one person working the line, and that one person has zero sense if urgency to make the food and get the customers out of the door. Very poor service and management.

Ordered online because itâs miserable to stand in a long line and watch one person work. Not expecting an overflowing bowl but cmon, this is exactly how I opened it. Itâs worth the extra 10 min drive to go to the one in vandalia.

Theres no way this place makes any money. No hurry whatsoever, the line was forever growing almost out the door. The portions were about 2-2.5x the normal, which is why they got a 4 for the actually food part of the review. If you asked for something on the side they just disregarded that and threw it on there anyways. All around bad experience but the food was still on par with other Chipoltes.

This Chipotle has officially perfected the art of wasting peopleâs time. Iâve now had multiple online orders quoted for pickup, only to walk in 20â30 minutes after the âreadyâ time and find⊠absolutely nothing done. Not ârunning behind,â not âalmost finished,â not âjust a momentââI mean literally ignored while the staff pretends online orders donât exist.
If youâre thinking of ordering ahead so you can actually eat during your lunch break or get home on time, donât. This place treats online orders like a joke. Youâll stand there watching walk-ins breeze through the line while your supposedly âpriorityâ online order sits untouched. And when you ask about it? Good luck. The attitude ranges from âdonât bother meâ to flat-out rude, like youâre the problem for expecting the food you already paid for to be ready anywhere near the time they promised.
Nothing like showing up hungry, waiting half an hour past the quoted time, and being met with blank stares, eye rolls, or being straight-up ignored. At this point Iâm convinced the online order system is just a trapâtake your money up front and hope you eventually give up and leave.
This location needs a complete overhaul: staffing, training, managementâeverything. Until then, save yourself the frustration. There are vending machines with more reliability, professionalism, and customer service than this place.

Waited in 45 minute line. Staff was lethargic and intentionally slow. Im vegetarian and by the time I made it to the front of the line, they ran out of fajita veggies. They told me it would be ready in 5 minutes and assured me I wouldn't need to wait in line again if I wanted to wait until they were done to order. I waited 20 minutes and was never acknowledged. I asked how long until they would be done now and was completely ignored. Like intentionally ignored. I left and went to the Chipotle on Miller Ln and was served in less than 5 minutes. This employees here are the absolute worst.

This place is always out of stuff. I have never given a restaurant so many chances and every time we go they are out of something. Without fail every time something is out. Mangers need to train employee to expect a high volume of customers at all times. Sad excuse of a Chipotle location.

This has to be the slowest chipotle and I mean SLOWEST. If there is a little bit of line expect to wait like 20 minutes which is insane. The its not even worth the wait because ingredients donât seem to taste as good as other locations. Wouldnât come back to this location.

Pretty poor management and staff at this location. The service is slow. I ordered on the app, and they were missing the chips I ordered. When I asked about it, they said they were out of stock. Poor management. I wasnât told on the app that they were out of stock. Poor management. When I was handed my order, they didnât tell me I needed to seek out a refund for myself through the app. I ended up getting a taco as my refund, which proved to be much easier than trying to deal with the app or the register for the refund.
