So disappointing. Ordered delivery and items missing from my bowl. For the amount of money you pay, I expect my items to be correct.

It’s crazy how fast this place went down hill. When it opened it was great. Went in and the lady asked what I would like, then walked away texting on her phone. Pulled out the bowl and foil top and just left. Absolute weirdo behavior. The young girl with the glasses skimps on the meat heavily. Give the big white guy a raise that cooks the meat because he was the only one that has customer service skills and he wasn’t even front and center. This location should be embarrassed.

I guess they were out of flour tortillas gave me sandpaper ones. My daughter said corn, I say they felt like sandpaper and I tossed them in the trash. So I have a no tortilla meal. I ordered tacos. I have been numerous times most times I have no complaints. But This is another complaint the chicken is so spicy hot I am having difficulty eating eating it and that makes me very unhappy. Never has this happened before but after this I will look for a different store.

Download the Chipotle app put in an order pull up through the drive-through. Give them my name The employees can’t find it. I see that there’s a lady standing saying her food was not right so Took The bag they were going to hand to me, took the food out and handed it to the lady then proceeded to give me the ladies food thinking they Just switched orders is what I’m thinking happened. I get home. The order is completely wrong. The order on the lid was right, but the food was wrong. I contacted corporate through the app. I drive back up there. The manager or older lady on duty. Proceeds to get Rude saying I did not need to contact corporate through the chat line I should’ve just drove up here and wanted to argue about giving me a remade order that was correct. I even explained to her what happened and The bag they gave me was all crinkled up, not sealed. The lid was correct the food inside was not correct. I will never go back to this location again if I could give it a -10. 👎

There’s a reason why this chipotle has the worst reviews of all the chipotles in the area.
Bought a burrito and some chips, $14.
Asked for a water cup: was given a literal child’s cup.
Asked for a large one: “you’ll have to pay for a large drink”
Asked for more children’s cups: “one per entree” according to the manager.
Like ma’am, I just spent $14 and am an adult. I’m trying to stay hydrated with the 17grams of salt that come on these burritos.
Would also like to add that I asked for “a little more cheese if it’s no problem” and the manager said “it is” as she begrudgingly put a single extra teaspoon of cheese on my burrito.

Unfortunately I was ready to get some food and man that experience was bad. I walked in 5 people are working but wasn’t serving anyone. They were not very communicative and when I was about to order. Said cash or card I said card and said it was down. A whole line with like 12 people flat out left. Definitely need to get control of that place. I stay away from there for now.

Orders are usually late; store is busy or understaffed. Too often I place an order before class and there’ll be like 5 cars ahead of me in the chipotlane because they’re not ready. Sometimes I show up to the window and it’s like “we’ll start making it..” two minutes after.
Yeah- I know it’s a public traded company driven by profits. But they seem a little too - stretched. Like the store needs another available person to flex on drive through orders or in store when it picks up.
Chipotle corporate seems to be caring more about their stockholders instead of their customers now. Maybe I should sell my stock too.
Update: 5mo later and I’m still stuck in a lane of orders that were supposed to be ready. When I left my order for a meeting, pepper told me there’s nothing they can do. I lied to talk to a real human who documented my concern but did not refund me. I should’ve filed a chargeback.
I see my order waiting now that I’m at the window. They haven’t even checked in to ask my name so I can pickup the order that’s already ready. This is annoying at the least.

Terribly managed location. Multiple times have waited over an hour for an order that never arrived. This store should look for new management or simply shut down all together.
Pros: it’s the best chipotle in the area imo. Usually order is right and portions are better than other chipotle I have been to.
Cons: Orders have been messed up more than once. My wife had something in her lettuce once that neither of us could identify, which is very concerning. Parking lot can be a traffic nightmare. They did not think much about the flow of the lot.
