Church's Texas Chicken

Nobody came to the speaker and so we had to order our food at the window then one of the managers got mad and had a attitude and we said we said that we was at the speaker for15-20 min and she said were yall was at and she said y we let The person in back of us get in front of us in order and we said we didn’t. We just pulled up and came to the window and she roll her eyes at us and order our food With a attitude and I pay for four peppers and didn’t get it and she was just ignoring us and it was 4 of them inside of there and they didn’t come to the speaker and she said with an attitude that they didn’t have spicy chicken and it was only 7:00 and wen we always come then they never have anything or our food be messed up or they close early and always unprofessional

No one answered the speaker. When I got to the window I was informed that they only were doing Door dash as they were short staffed. I like the convenience of delivery but your customers are the ones at the restaurant. At least have a sign up.

We waited about 25 minutes for our food. They were out of several items and others had wait times associated with them. When we did get our food we received the wrong sides and the biscuits were crushed like the hulk packaged them.

I won’t hold the location against the store, but the amount of loose trash blowing around and absolute filth around the drive thru/dumpster was pretty disgusting. I don’t think we will be returning to this location.

1 car in the drive through but it took forever. Order was not right. Chicken was undercooked. The mash potatoes that I got which i didn't order were dry and lumpy. The person working the window was polite.

I've been going here for years, and it's always a hit or miss with the food. It really didn't have a taste, enough though it's was fresh smh. Service was ok .

The employees at this location are hard-working, and they are always kind directly to their customers. However, they seem to be piled up on top of each other in their, stressed out, snapping at each other, and so forth. Plus, the drive-thru credit card machine has been down for a while, forcing one to go inside to place their order.

Not here as often as I use to years ago since food is greasy but every time I come by the staff is upbeat, food is fresh, and taste great. This chicken spot needs to stick around for years to come. Got hip to churches back in late 90s when it was on west 3rd and the other location off Broadway street.
