Drive through only at 6:45PM if you’re having these issues you shouldn’t be in business. Black lady wearing earbuds giving an attitude shouldn’t be in the service industry. Worst customer service

What is this place??? I haven't had church's chicken in years. I never like it because it was so greasy. But this place this fresh faced twin of church's the the prettier smarter version of ever church's chicken I've ever known. The taste was phenomenal the spices were spicing. You gotta try this location. Great service, delicious food.

The meal was barely warm, and the chicken had no flavor. It seems like Church’s has lost their touch with seasoning lately. Unfortunately, this meal was disappointing and not up to their usual standard.

The chicken is so small now, and now you have to pay $1.59 for some gravy on your rice wow I can go home and make a whole pan of gravy for that

I placed an order online for a family meal which comes with 10 pieces chicken 2 sides and 5 biscuits and added a half gallon of sweet tea. When given my order I did not receive my sweet tea , I asked about it and then was told that they don’t have sweet tea. I opted for a half gallon of lemonade instead. The worker hands me 2 fountain drinks, when I asked why isn’t it in a 1/2 gallon jug I was told they don’t sell half gallons of drinks and haven’t for over a year but yet the option to purchase is still online. I asked could I just be refunded for the drink and was told no because the order was placed online. Once arriving home and checking the food I was given 4 biscuits instead of 5, the mashed potatoes were open and leaking from the bottom of the bag. Would never visit this location again. Horrible customer service and practically theft by deception.

made me pay for food I never received on top of waiting 40 minutes for my order and let’s not forget the long list of items they were out of. Shut it down….today!!! Thanks

Terrible experience drove 35 mins to get some spicy chicken and these employee outside just smoking weed, locked up the doors, refused to service anyone. Idk how long they'd been outside but to shut down so everyone could be out on break and getting high just ridiculous. Looked more like they were dealing drugs outside but that's besides the point 👉 as no service, watched us wait to let them finish, then happened to still need another 15-20 mins before serving us and when I said I'd wait they moved me up to the front window and told me we don't have spicy and for all chicken we gonna be another 15-20. Terrible service I can't believe this is a what is considered running a restaurant

Got all,the way home with my food.
Poured my okra on my plate and I be damned if there wasn't somebody nasty ass blunt in my food at the bottom of the okra bag. I will be contacting there Corporate office .
