Church's Texas Chicken

Just terrible service. Paid for a 8 piece mixed family meal, got an 8 piece dark instead and was up charged form a 12.99 meal to 25.99 and they gave me whatever they wanted. Lol. Sad. Called corporate and they did absolutely nothing, no compensation refund or anything. Real life thieves. If you order from. This place check your food and do not trust anyone pulling you to a wait spot and bringing out your food without checking it. 9 times out of 10 it's going to be wrong and no one will care to fix it, just take your money somewhere else

I live in Cincinnati, and we come to Dayton often. This job had way too many workers, and nothing was being accomplished, I give all respect to the manager ? she had to get everything done also the manager said( IF YOU DON'T WANNA WORK GO HOME ) OUR WAIT WAS SHORT,WE RECEIVED OUR FOOD WITH NO BISCUITS YET WE WAS SATISFIED.

I really love this chicken and biscuits here, first time here and came back twice in the same day. I don’t like eating biscuits and I could eat theirs all day. It’s a cramped parking lot, not enough room for drive thru and parking, no dine in option. The outside of the restaurant doesn’t look great, but I am impressed with the food - just get it to go.

Parking: Difficult to use drive thru if busy, it would block all the parked cars.

I think I got the smallest pieces of chicken they could find. I used to love church's chicken but the cost don't match the food. This is my experience you have to see for yourself

RACIST AVOID AT ALL COSTS:Update: After my wife came back out I find out that the manager yelled and screamed at her and wanted to tell the entire store that this "white girl" was lying about missing food. After she finally settled down and looked at the receipt she seen it was her mistake and we had ordered two of the same combos with the same drinks and it was her mistake. She did Apologize about the mistake after wards but even customers was apologizing saying her racist behavior was not acceptable. We are also contacting the better businesses bureau.They had traffic backed all the way out into the road. We waited in line anyways, took us 20 mins to get to the speaker then they parked us for 3 meals. 15 mins later they bring out the food missing a meal. My wife had to go in to get the other which took another 15 mins and traffic still standing!! This place is a disaster and I would avoid at All cost!!!

Well I'm back to give recognition to a special manager at Church's Texas chicken. After having a horrible experience with a different person about a food order and refusal to reimburse me for the funds that were taken from my bank account. This wonderful manager named Westley came to the rescue, she rectified the situation we need more managers like her that does their job with compassion and understanding. Please help me give her the proper recommendation that she deserves..... ❤️

We use 2 have a Church's Chicken where I live in Hamilton, Ohio many years ago but I work with a gentleman that lives in Dayton and he was talking about it and that's all I could taste. Was that Church's Chicken? And so when I got off work I drove the half an hour there in Dayton and picked up some I had forgotten how good it really was, Even though I went through the drive-thru, I could tell that everybody there worked very hard and seemed to be enjoying themselves The lady manager was very Nice to not just me but her co-workers as well. They all just seem to be having a good time, The manager bragged about how that was the best churches in Ohio and she told me to make sure I came back and I told her I certainly would because that's the only one that I know of Even though it's a little distance away from where I live, the good food and the experience of the workers there made it worth the trip so I certainly will be back. Please keep up the good work and the positive and friendly disposition all of you have My experience was PERFECT, Thanks!
