We use 2 have a Church's Chicken where I live in Hamilton, Ohio many years ago but I work with a gentleman that lives in Dayton and he was talking about it and that's all I could taste. Was that Church's Chicken? And so when I got off work I drove the half an hour there in Dayton and picked up some I had forgotten how good it really was, Even though I went through the drive-thru, I could tell that everybody there worked very hard and seemed to be enjoying themselves The lady manager was very Nice to not just me but her co-workers as well. They all just seem to be having a good time, The manager bragged about how that was the best churches in Ohio and she told me to make sure I came back and I told her I certainly would because that's the only one that I know of Even though it's a little distance away from where I live, the good food and the experience of the workers there made it worth the trip so I certainly will be back. Please keep up the good work and the positive and friendly disposition all of you have My experience was PERFECT, Thanks!

I ordered 2 three piece meals, one spicy and one regular one of my meals, and one of my meals only had 2 pieces of chicken and both meals tasted as if the grease that it was fried in hadn't been changed in week's. I traveled from Cincinnati to experience this disappointing meal. At least the lady working the drive-through was very nice.

Food was warm. Got napkins without asking for them. The drive thru line was long but moved relatively well. There are two Church's on the same street. After sitting in the drive rhru line for a few minutes and looking at the absolutely nasty parking lot we decided to go to the next one. It was a little better. We no longer have Church's in Cincy so we decided not to be so particular. Odered..ate and went back for seconds!

How I order a 5 piece tender and a 3 piece combo and you give me 2 3 piece combos, non spicy, cold with no sauces and the wrong drinks please read the receipt. I would say next time but there ain’t gonna be one.

This place has done a 360 fresh food, polite service, corporate should recognize them 6 months ago I avoided this place it was food sitting stale sides horrible customer service. Now go every time I think

We took an hr drive just to get some chicken and buscuits. The manager was rude and said we couldn't order 2 10 piece spicy because they wouldn't have enough so we had to order one original and one spicy. Then we ordered 12 buscuits and not one buscuit had the butter sauce on them. We ended up going to Texas roadhouse to get rolls and butter. Very disappointed ?. Happy the chicken was fresh but disappointed we drove all this way and couldn't have our order filled the way we expected.

I was unfortunate enough to visit both churches on Gettysburg yesterday. I sat in the line at Gettysburg and Hoover for 20mins and no one answered. I would give zero stars if I could. So then I tried Gettysburg at Hillcrest, what a joke, just close down.
