I used to love Church's chicken it doesn't taste the same to me, or my family! doesn't know if the recipe has changed or what! The restaurant on the inside still has not opened back up drive-thru services only! And probably Door Dash or Uber eats I'm not for sure I will not get the chicken if I go to eat there again only side's!
I am still fuming as I write this, and I am APPALLED, by the utter incompetence and ridiculousness that we encountered at your establishment!
Let me start from the beginning. Yesterday, we ordered a 4-piece chicken meal, specifically requesting 3 dark pieces and 1 spicy breast. What did we get? A WRONG ORDER, with a non-spicy breast instead of the spicy one we paid for!
Unbelievable! We took the time to drive back to your store, only to be told that you were "closed" at 9 pm, despite your posted hours clearly stating that you are open until 10 pm!
The manager on duty told us to return the next day, and we did, only to be met with a DIFFERENT manager, who seemed completely uninterested in resolving the issue!
This new manager had the audacity to demand that we return the incorrect chicken breast from the previous night! Are you kidding me?! That chicken was my husband's dinner, and you want it back after it's been sitting overnight?! What are you going to do with it? Resell it?!
We're not trying to scam you; we just want the chicken we PAID FOR! But no, instead of apologizing and offering a replacement or a refund, your manager tells us that they can't compensate us because they need that one piece of chicken back!
And to add insult to injury, we had to buy another piece of chicken for $2, just to have dinner! Your food may be good, but your attitude is WORSE THAN APPALLING!
We will NEVER, EVER be back to your store again! Your customer service is a JOKE! You've lost two loyal customers, and we will make sure to share our horrific experience with friends, family, and online review platforms!
Get your act together, train your staff, and start caring about your customers!

Service zero. I went to the speaker, for at least 2 min, no answered it looked broke and was not lit up. A vehicle went around from the other parking lot, so I believed you order at the window. Car behind did not stop at at the speaker. Got to the window told me had tobise the speaker . Told jer the car didn't she just said use the speaker. Lies....

Got the three piece dark spicy combo. The chicken was very good and flavorful but the biscuits were hard and very dark. I was disappointed in the biscuits as I bought 6 of them. The bombers never disappoint!

Ghetto and dirty I tried to place a order the girl at the window ignored me then I pulled up to the window she said I should have ordered at the speaker which I tried to do 3x and she ignored me because apparently she didn’t have the brain capacity to bag an order and talk at the same time never again

Manager wasn't warm and friendly but the employee was. Maybe he should learn from her. The kids said the chicken was good.
Didn't receive any utensils to eat the macaroni and cheese. Had to stop again to get some before we got back on the highway for home. The outside is trashed. Parking lot is dirty building was dirty and no handicap entrance for my granddaughter so we went through the drive thru. I believe it is a law to have a way for people in wheelchairs access to inside but maybe I'm wrong.

If I could 0 stars I would lobby locked by 6pm then they take forever at the drive through watched 3 cars pull away one that was at menu board
