I had a birthday reward from Cinnabon which is emailed to me every year. I went to the Dayton Mall, but no one was at the store. I waited about a half an hour till she finally showed up. That woman running the store informed me that they no longer accept email rewards. I am through with this store and all other Cinnabon stores. Dunkin' Donuts is much better at a lower price and without the attitude.

I stopped going to this Cinnabon. It doesnt taste good, and the employees are very rude. Go to Fairfield Mall if you want a good Cinnabon!

Only one other review and I agree wholeheartedly. Terrible customer service. The product is what it is, but they should put enough icing on the overpriced dough, that you don't have to be up sold for extra icing. They should put customers 1st and keep things moving. They want to finish their task even if they have you standing for minutes. Ridiculous. Won't stop there again.

Very horrible customer service! They don’t let you use coupons even though they are valid. The team lead was very rude and didn’t want to even ask her manager about the coupon!!! Don’t go here! Just go auntie Ann’s!!

Very bad customer service, my wife asked them for three small rolls , by the time i was came he was working on the bigset size on the counter, i asked if that was ours he said yes! so i asked her while he was working if she asked for this big size with all of that scrub and sugars he was putting on top of each one witch we both don’t eat that much sugar, she said he charges her and start working and she don’t know what he was doing and as i know she don’t speak english more then three broken words, small, rolls, (and the word of (three)any way before he done while he was packaging, i asked him if that was our order? he yes! I said would you please give us 3 small pcs,” instead of this big rolls she wasn’t asking or mean for this one, and if she did then we are sorry. he refused to switch them for small he refused to refund the order, he was lies when he said he confirmed with her because he was taking the payment and never spoked to her one word, he was weird and rude. We didn’t even touch the bags, and all of his rolls pre-made he didn’t bake them special for us! we didn’t even take it then came back to him, this was the weird place ever. I don’t advise anyone to stop by this place.

I received a "Mix It Up" gift card that listed Cinnabon as one of the places it could be used. I went to Cinnabon Dayton Mall location and the person there couldn't get it to work because she said it was her first day on the job. I went home and verified there was money on the card. I called this location the next day to make sure I would be able to use it and the person on the phone assured me that I would so I went to this location AGAIN and he could not get it to work either. I cannot understand why they can't even process a gift card that is sold as redeemable for their very own business. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I only gave them a one because this location in Dayton Mall is “temporarily” closed. Otherwise, it would get 5 stars. Don’t drive clear there without calling first.

Got the pecan cinnamon roll and it was still doughy inside (uncooked), to the point you could still taste the salt and flour. Will not be coming to this Cinnabon again.
