Terrible! Ordered ahead, said it would be ready in 24 min.. it took them 55 min to make it, with a really bad attitude and as slow as you could possibly go! Terrible customer service, will not be going back what so ever to this location.

Showed up at 9:40 because there hours are posted open till 10 pm and the employee had locked the door and began closing, wouldn’t recommend trying to come here.

Left before we even ordered. We came in with a group of 5 and it was the most rude staff you could ever ask for. It was like they were mad to have to do their job. Could see this group of “workers” single handedly ruin this location. It is 08-25-2024. Awful people working there. This is the only time I have ever even took the time to leave a review in my life. We will not return. I would leave a zero of 5 if possible.

On May 10th, 2024, our family visited Cold Stone Creamery. My nephew, who has a peanut and egg allergy, was recently given clearance to consume foods processed in facilities with peanuts. After reviewing Cold Stone's allergy information online, my sister-in-law determined that our nephew could enjoy the chocolate ice cream. She informed the staff about his peanut allergy, and they immediately took extra precautions. The lady assisting us fetched a new ice cream scooper designated for nut allergies and made sure to avoid any contact with nuts, even when adding sprinkles. This thoughtful care provided my sister-in-law peace of mind, allowing her son to savor the ice cream safely. We hope the worker (we didn’t catch her name unfortunately) receives recognition for her extra kindness and support. It meant the world to our family!

STAY AWAY! This has to be the worst Cold Stone I have ever been to. They are extremely slow and nobody there wants to help customers. People were actually leaving the store because it was taking so long to get helped.The girl that helped the party I was with didn’t want to be there. She was talking with a friend in the waiting area while trying to help us. I ordered a “Love it” and I could have put it all in a kiddie cup. Everyone that ordered ice cream said the same exact thing. Look at the photo and tell me if this is like any Cold Stone you have ever been to. After I wiped all the ice cream off the sides of the cup I took the picture. This is how it was served to me.If I could give it zero stars I would.

This is the slowest service we’ve every gotten. We had a family of 4 in front of us and they legit took 20 minutes to make their ice cream. Then when we finally ordered and received ours, they made it wrong and didn’t even fill the cup. 😐😑

Unbelievably slow. It took over 25 minutes to get served with one family of four in front of us. Then my order had the wrong items in it.

SO many people in this review section don’t understand how difficult it is to successfully run a business when you’re understaffed. My friends and I walked in tonight (12/27/2023) around 7:30 PM, and there were only two employees working, one of which who was on his second day. Understandably, it took all of us about 40 minutes to get our ice cream, but the more experienced staff member handled everything well and with a smile, even as a party of 12 walked in behind us. Truly INCREDIBLE customer service from him— he didn’t have a name tag on, but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
