Order my daughter a custom ice cream cake 2 weeks before needing cake for her party, I also paid for it the same day that I ordered. I asked for it to be ready at 12 noon when they opened, I arrived late at 12:45 to pick it up. I go to the counter and ask for my cake only to be asked if it could be under another name. The manager returned once again and told me “unfortunately the employee that took your order quit and she didn’t tell us that we had any cakes she took orders for.” She’s no longer an employee so literally not her responsibility?? Why when she quit dis we not check to see if she had taken any cake orders? Why are we blaming an ex employee and not taking accountability? I’m sorry we failed at our jobs, let me make this right for you. I was offered a refund, which I did not want a refund with no cake. This was for a sweet 16! You only turn 16 once and they damn near ruined it. She finally tells me she can have the cake ready at 3pm but I have to send someone else to pick it up as my daughter’s party was at 6pm. The person who picked the cake up said they were writing on it as he got there and that I wouldn’t be happy with it. The cake looked terrible! It was slanted and the writing was very crooked and sloppy. This was not at all what I had requested. Terrible customer service, the manager offered no empathy for their mistake. No “please let me make this right for you” I was given the option to have my money refunded with no cake in hand, therefore ruining my daughters birthday, told I could come back in 2 hours and HOPEFULLY the cake would be done, or offered to pick a premade cake from the freezer out which would also not rectify the situation appropriately. The cake that I received was literally melting because it should have been made and frozen the day prior. I’m quite upset that it was picked up 3 hours later, so we even gave them an extra hour from what she told me, and it was so sloppily put together. Very disappointed in the overall experience and would never recommend this store. I will go to brown street from now on.
Terrible service
I can't comment on the food or the atmosphere all I can do is comment on the service. 25 minutes for ice cream is too much.
They spent more time feeling mobile orders than they did servicing the people standing in front of them. The line wasn't even terribly long.
However every time a new online order came in everyone else had to wait until that online order was filled.
If you want to run your business entirely for online then that's fine but I will not be a customer either in person or moberly.

Ice cream was good as usual. It was the stuff that was the problem. Most of them were goofing off and being extremely obnoxious the whole time. People waiting for service but the “kids” too busy goofing with each other. Guy employee was the loudest and most obnoxious. The only employee working hard and staying focused was a young lady with long dark brown hair with smallish gold hoop earrings. Guy was annoying as all get out. Not to mention, the counters were left with no one around l. All staff running to back to again, goof around. Cheers to the one young lady who was ACTUALLY being a decent employee. It’s just hard to enjoy ice cream when you can’t hear the person in front of you over the yelling and laughing. It’s okay to have fun at work but keep it professional please.

Has gone down hill. Employees very audibly groaned as we walked in and hour before closing. Argued over who to go help. Then we're rude and rushed us while looking at new options. Rolled eyes at me when I asked to sample (hot honey... definitely needs sampling before commitment)"Like It" portion was maybe half full.

I was served with ice cream that didn't even fill the cup it's served in. After mentioning it to the employee, his answer was "oh".... That's it...oh... no let me correct it or nothing. To be charged what Cold Stone charges I would expect my money's worth!

Service was quick and efficient. The selection was varied with something for everyone. I love the ability to choose from signature treats or create my own concoction. The store was clean and spacious.

Thomas was helping us and he was friendly and made our desserts to perfection. The place was packed and he was busy the entire time. Making creations and running the register. Love experiencing great customer service. He is amazing everytime we go. Thanks!
Avoid this store if you expect to get a cone and it's even slightly busy, they won't have cones at all, never do. The teenagers working move slower than molasses, so expect to wait for 30 minutes if there are a few people in front of you, while they hang out and make jokes instead of helping customers.
Very nice
Cold. Ice. Cream. Tasty.
My daughter went to the store and she was told they don’t have Apple Pay even though she was there 2 weeks ago and they took it then, so then I tried to order it online and created an account and it said I would get an email but I never got it so then I tried to order without an account and Cold Stones website wouldn’t let me pick a size there for I couldn’t order. So they lost about $50 maybe more that I was going to send. Oh I tried to order though Door Dash too and couldn’t pick sizes there too.
