Ordered 1 ice cream and 1 dairy free sorbet. The man scooped the chocolate ice cream then proceeded to use the same spoon to scoop out the lemon sorbet contaminating the non-dairy ice cream with chocolate ice cream as well as getting the remnants of the chocolate in mine. If you are specifically ordering the non-dairy for health reasons or any other choice be cautious. Another issue I've seen multiple times is when you order a create your own ice cream it says on the menu it comes with a free mix in with it but the last few times I have went I have been charged for said mix in.

Rude, racist, and unsanitary location. Do not recommend. It was our first time going to any Cold Stone. We were excited for our first experience, and it was horrible! Since it was my daughter's and I's first time, we naturally had questions. The blonde girl behind the counter seemed frustrated and annoyed with us and was very nasty. The counters and overall location was very dirty. Although she wore gloves, she did not wear a hair net (neither did any other employee). We ordered 2 ice creams cups to go. When we got home to eat there were chunks of blonde hair chopped up in our ice creams. $15.30 straight to the garbage!

Usually love this place, but for the last 2 weeks the night crew have been closing 15-20 minutes early. I was lied to and told they changed their hours, however when I mentioned it casually to a manager I found out that they did NOT change anything.
Took me fiance here for the first time told him how great it was boy was I made to be a lier. The ice cream was good, but the staff was awful, they all looked unhappy no one smiled seemed bothered with us there, no one greeted us when we walked in, then the young girl with reddish orangish hair was very rude! When asking what size I wanted had said in a cone forgetting the go by cup size she said yes we use these cups for the sizes then opened her eyes really big with attitude and shook her head at her coworkers like we were stupid. Then they all continued to talk and whisper to eachother. As I was paying the young lady with brown hair said it's going to ask for a tip, I didn't not hear her over the music in the store and she continued to have attended saying it's asking for tip. Once I finished paying I said thank you and have a nice day she looked at me didn't say thank you or good bye or even smiled.. They need new employees the all clearly hate their life's and its not ok. We will never be back.. also it smelled bad in there.

The 3 gals working this evening could have smiled. They seemed annoyed to have customers. The floor and chairs were sticky and covered in sprinkles. A napkin stuck to my shoes. Skip this location.
