The worker was kind. However, more than half of the ice creams were melted sitting in their tubs… That may be a little nervous, but I’ve not been in years. So I’m not sure what’s normal. I remember them always scooping it out and folding it on the cold stone (Hence the name). However, this time they just gave a scoop and sprinkled our toppings on top. Ice cream tasted old and was kind of chewy and melted.

I got the Cheesecake flavor in a cone, and when I got it, it was basically melted and not even an actual scoop. I spent almost $10 for ice cream and couldn't enjoy it and had to throw it in the trash. I kept having to wipe my hands and the paper cone.

Not to bash the workers. HOWEVER, I recently ordered one of their custom birthday cakes. There is little to no quality assurance. We had to pay before we even got to see the product. We had to order in advance so they could make it. They said it would feed 4-8 people and well.... this is what I got. It's unfortunate. Just buy the pre-made. Don't scam yourself.

When I get ignored or looked at in a stinky manner just to pick up a doordash order and treated like I'm going to steal it I will never go to this location. I don't go anywhere that I'm treated like that idc where it is.

Ever since this and another local location were taken over by foreigners, I can't/won't assume nationality, the quality went way down. They ruined the last two birthday cakes we bought, and didn't have them ready at the pickup time. The cookie dough was basically a full roll thrown into the cake whole. A real shame.

I’d go to another location. Many ice creams melted, back counter was a mess, waffle was stale, got a sad amount of sprinkles for a kids cup and the attitudes of the staff was poor.
The service was tarable the employees were so rude and did not great me and they were unhappy and did not smile at all definitely I do not recommend

Ordered 1 ice cream and 1 dairy free sorbet. The man scooped the chocolate ice cream then proceeded to use the same spoon to scoop out the lemon sorbet contaminating the non-dairy ice cream with chocolate ice cream as well as getting the remnants of the chocolate in mine. If you are specifically ordering the non-dairy for health reasons or any other choice be cautious. Another issue I've seen multiple times is when you order a create your own ice cream it says on the menu it comes with a free mix in with it but the last few times I have went I have been charged for said mix in.
